Enjoy magnificent mountain views as a backdrop to the 10th tee, 18th green and AMAZING SUNSETS. Prime location. NEW tile floors, NEW furniture, NEW paint, NEW appliances. Single story unit on the 10th tee with clubhouse view, 24 hour guard gated entrance, 18-hole championship golf course (open to the public), 28 world class pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball, 20 swimming pools/hot tubs. All within a 2 minute walk. We are located across the street from the clubhouse.

Come relax in our 821 sq. ft. private condo with new high quality king mattress in bedroom; memory foam queen sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and granite counter tops. Bathroom has walk-in shower (great water pressure) with plenty of counter space. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, dresser x 2, 43" smart TV with basic cable and dedicated work area with wifi. Wake up in the morning with a mountain view from your bed. High ceilings and open floor plan in living room with a 65" smart TV with basic cable and new comfy chaise sofa. The bedroom and living room both have large sliding doors out to the west facing, pergola covered patio. The patio area has chairs and table for dining, area to relax with firepit and BBQ for grilling. Full size washer and dryer located off carport.

For your security and ours; Motion censored security cameras. One located under carport-views front door and parking. One camera on exterior wall side of house and one outside of back patio-views grass area. NO cameras view living areas or patio.

Great Stay in Palm Desert Resort Country Club!

Wonderful accommodations! Very well appointed one bedroom unit, comfortable, sparkling clean and with all the necessary household items one might need for a weekend or a monthlong stay in Palm Desert.Resort grounds are beautifully maintained. Blooming bougainvillea, snap dragons and geraniums line the streets and sidewalks, drawing in hummingbirds, bees and other pollinators. Close to great hiking and good restaurants.

Facility was clean, nice kitchen features and all necessary things so we could cook. Bathroom towels were grand as were bed sheets. Plan to stay again.

Very nice unit!

Great location very close to the clubhouse. There's a very good, 28 court, pickleball facility next to the clubhouse.

Palm Desert Country Club Resort

Unit is very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. We had beautiful views of the sunset from the patio that was equipment with a fire table and large barbecue. Would definitely rent this unit again if we return to Palm Desert. Owners were great and dealt with any queries we had.

We had a great time ! The condo was very convenient for us and the condo was very well equipped for cooking if you choose to do some. The bedding was very comfortable. I would recommend this condo.

Unit exactly as promised on listing. Hostess was very helpful & checked in periodically to address any questions. Terrific location - close to golf, restaurants & shopping. Would definitely stay again.

This condo is gorgeous very tastefully decorated exactly as described it has everything one could ask for during a stay the kitchen is fully stocked. Communication with Host was great. The balcony is amazing with full sun in the afternoons and pull down blinds for shade if need be. The location is great, We will be returning again.

Great space and location

Unit is right on the tee box with great sunset views. Clean and very well stocked with a full kitchen. Centrally located and about 15 minutes from anywhere in the valley. Tons of golf courses including where unit is located. Jeanne was awesome with restaurant recommendations and willingness to help when we needed it. Communication was fast and accurate. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Condo

Condo is exactly as listed. Updated and very clean. Condo is well equipped with lots of extras. Fire pit was enjoyable early mornings and evenings. Pool/hot tub are close and clean. Owner is extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent: quiet and comfortable

This condo was one of my favorite stays and I've rented a lot. The entire space was clean and new. Everything worked. Bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. Linens were new and luxurious. I felt safe and cozy. Owners were very responsive and communicative. Check-in was easy. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this fabulous offering.

Home away from home

We just spent 10 wonderful days in this unit. Being a 1 bedroom it was perfect for my husband and myself. It was evident that the hosts care about their unit. The soothing decore, all the different utensils needed to cook in the kitchen, and the blinds to mute the afternoon soon all made out stay that much more enjoyable. There wasn’t anything missing. Jeannie has created a little oasis and we have already booked our next stay!

Like being at home, but in the Desert.

As soon as I opened the door I knew I was home. It was just me, but could have been more. The condo lives Large! I am not a golfer but there was plenty of opportunity to do so. The guards to the landscapers were all very respectful. The home was spotless, everything was new, and all you really needed were your personal hygiene items. My favorite was walking through the vast winding streets. The desert flowered were beautiful, it was Very easy to communicate with the owners. 5 stars ⭐️ all the way!!! J

Great place! Well equipped for all our needs. We loved the updated decor and patio area was substantial. Grocery store was a bit far to walk, but otherwise close and the pool is 5 minutes from the home. Would definitely rent it again!
