It's a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is newly built and very clean, comfortable, and very private. It's a 5 minute drive to Camden, ME wherein you can do shopping, or just walking the park. It's near to Camden Hill State Park, ocean, and grocery store. 10 minutes drive to Rockland, ME wherein the Rockland Breakwater is located and more oceans. If you want to have a nature walk, numerous trail areas nearby such as Beech Hill Preserve, George Highland Path Trailhead, Rockland Harbor Trail and many more. 15 minutes drive to Lincolnville Beach, Islesboro Ferry and restaurants.

Owners were very responsive and friendly. The home was very convenient to coastal cities, very comfortable bed and cozy living room. The kitchen has the basics and a small amount of cooking could be done. We were pleased with our stay

A sweet quiet retreat

Rusty and Rowena have created a beautiful hideaway so near Camden and Rockport! It is located 1 mile from the Rockport diner ( yummy)! The apartment was furnished nicely and anything we needed was there. Highly recommend staying here!

Rowena and Rusty are lovely hosts with a wonderful little private apartment on the bottom floor of their home. They are present in their main living quarters up a flight of stairs from the living room, but the unit is very private w no crossover. The amenities match their add and are easily accessible, and everything was clean and comfortable. They also leave a sweet little hand written note upon your arrival. Highly recommend!

This unit is a quite location in the countryside, not too far from various popular coastal locations, i.e. Camden & Rockport. Its a good sized unit with comfortable and adequate facilities, very quiet. Would suggest adding a lighted address number at the street for those arriving late.

Nice and Cozy

I enjoyed my stay in this cozy nicely decorated rental. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to Knox County attractions. The kitchen is rather small and cramped, however.

Comfortable and clean stay

everything was incredibly clean - the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. There is also a mini kitchenette and a living room for use. The owner, Rusty was friendly and helpful!

We enjoyed our one-night stay at this welcoming location. Rusty was a great host and we would stay there again. Our only suggestion is to have a prominent display of house number.

Just Wonderful

The apartment was wonderful! The hospitality was wonderful! Located in a nice quiet neighborhood but not too far away from Route 1 and all of the surrounding towns. Thank you very much for the wonderful memories that were made!

Great Location

Property was just what I was looking for. Location was perfect for visiting my family. Apartment was warm, clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying there again. Side note: A snow storm came through on my departure date and Rusty kindly shoveled the driveway twice so my driver could pick me up.
