Beautiful house, fully equipped, very clean, only 15 minutes to downtown KC, very quiet and safe neighborhood. There were also great breakfast places 10-12 minutes away, Kate’s and Corner Cafe. Great great place and everything at the house was perfect

We had the best time. The host and property manager were amazing to check on us after a neighborhood electricity outage due to very hot temperatures. They had amazing donuts delivered to us the next morning. The house was spacious and just what we needed to enjoy family.

The property was clean and as presented online. The one item that I expected to be better was the beds. The basement bed was a peak in the middle. The primary bedroom was sunk in the middle. For a premier property I would expect a little better bed situation. We liked the property overall, you need to be aware it is a property that you have to be able to go up a full flight of stairs to get to the living level.

A wonder full place to stay!

We had to find a place to fit all of our three kids and their families to visit KC. This place was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. We are definitely saving this one as a favorite for our next family visit to KC. Everything was perfect!!!

Great place to celebrate my 70th Birthday

This home was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great Location. Liked using the garage to park our car. We were able to host my brother and niece for dinner using the grill. Hope to book this home in the future when we visit our family again in Gladstone.

Great home for a family vacation

This property was perfect for our family. We had a total of 10 people in our group. The home made it comfortable for the whole family. It was conveniently located near many of Kansas City’s attractions. Quiet and clean neighborhood. The host was very responsive when reached out to. Would recommend for anyone traveling with their family or friends to the Kansas City area!

Host communication was top notch. Appreciate the removal of plug-in’s due to asthmatic’s in family. This house was super clean! Decor was outstanding, well maintained and had everything we needed.Keurig with kcups, other coffee pot available and tea kettle provided, made everyone happy. 3 full baths was perfect for all of us. Beds, blankets, pillows are plenty. Backyard was so much fun for the kiddos and an umbrella table to sit out of the sun was appreciated. A closet full of games for kids and adults. Stores for groceries and close to downtown KC. We loved this VRBO!!!

We were so happy here. Impeccably clean, use environmentally safe products, too. The home had such a pleasant smell. The appliances were top of the line. Air conditioner kept us Comfy during a real heat wave. The hosts communication could not have been better. I actually ended up having an issue that was entirely my fault, and he was flexible with me in working it out to my benefit. Great location, 5 min from a Walmart and other restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay here or at any of the properties owned by this group. In fact, in my future travels , I will look for this group , Mauritius Property (Hope I spelled that correctly), for future stays. Thanks so much!
