Thank you for your review! I am not sure what TLC or refreshing you would recommend, as we spoke several times and you didn't mention any concerns. The home is not brand new, it is 100 years old, which adds to the charm of the property. However it has been completely remodeled and includes all the modern amenities listed. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to hosting you again soon! Sara
