Live the alfresco lifestyle in the gorgeous outdoor summer kitchen, sunbathe by the private pool, chill out with a cocktail in the shaded lounge area and wonder at the starlit sky at night. Enjoy views of the Montgo massif and the valley below. Located in a quiet residential area with off-road secure parking, this is a truly peaceful haven to unwind and enjoy the best of Spain. A little further afield are the beaches of Javea and Denia, the restaurants in the Old Town, Port and Arenal, the village market of Jesús Pobre on a Sunday evening, the basket-making town of Gata de Gorgos. Take the daily boat from Javea port around the headland to Denia for a lazy lunch and then return via boat. Buy your fish fresh off the fishing boats at Javea port. Enjoy a variety of tapas menus in the Old Town and peruse the boutiques. Experience one of the many Spanish fiestas. Enjoy a long leisurely lunch eating the best paella at Denia Els Poblets just a short drive away. Newly available to rent summer 2023.

Pleasant stay in September

The location was stunning, the villa was lovely and Fiona was very upfront about potential noise from adjacent building works, which as it happened, was not as bad as we thought it would be. The villa had everything we needed.

Awesome holidays !

Fiona's propertie is a "dream come true". The villa is magnificent and decorated with expertise, very quiet surroundings and marvellous area for trekking, fooding and discover the magical beaches of Costa Blanca. Her attendant Carry was very efficient and kind.

Xabia September break.

We loved the property and it was all we had hoped for. Perhaps more! Everything worked well and it was kitted out comprehensively. Decoration was cool and Spanish/scandi/(Mexican?), and just right, like a home from home, especially the sofa and front room set-up. Outside space was wonderful, pool great, bbq just fine. The mountain became our friend and companion, even if it puffed clouds over us sometimes… all things considered, a special place made for a lovely successful holiday.

Lovely but marred by noise

Beware, was informed of building work that may go on and offered cancellation with full refund but very late to change plans. Ground work noise HORRENDOUS on next plot.

It was extremely unfortunate that 4 weeks before our guests were due to arrive we were informed that the trees on the adjacent plot had been felled (they had been there for over 20 years) and the commencement of groundworks on the cleared site. I immediately notified my guests and offered the chance for my guests to cancel and receive a full refund, however, with just 4 weeks notice they decided to continue with their stay.

A little peace of heaven

We stayed for 2 weeks for our summer vacation with our two kids of 18. When we arrived, it was even more beautifull then the pictures told us so we were even more surprises when we walked around with a lot of “Ohhh’s and aaahs…!”. Even the fridge was filled with all kinds of welcome-drink wich we we not sure that was supposed te be used by us so we did not touch it ( we found out when we returned the keys😬) The place was spottless, the pool was cleaned two times a week, fresh ( bed ) linnen once a weak and a very good equipt kitchen and bbq. And Every Morning when we went for our walk to the little supermarket there was the stunning view of the Mountain massif! Thanx for the perfect stay at your lovely peacefull place. Hope to come back next year! Ingrid
