Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Misty Water Hideaway is NOT lakefront, but is just a short walk to a municipal boat launch adjacent to a sandy beach with grills and restrooms. There is plenty of parking space at the house to trailer your boat. Located just steps from Lake Champlain and convenient to Ausable Chasm, Ausable Brewery and Highlands Vineyard, there is no shortage of things to do and places to experience.

Fully renovated log home with state of the art heating and cooling, new appliances and a game room.

Whole house access.

Available via text/phone/email dureing your stay.

This is a rural lake view property with opportunities to see native wildlife such as deer and fox. This property is not lake front.

Parking on site for two-three cars and a boat.

This property is not lakefront and does not have a dock or mooring.
Upon your departure, please ensure the following:

1. Remove all food from the fridge and freezer.
2. Take out the trash.
3. Turn off all appliances.
4. Gather any dirty linen and place it in the bathroom.
5. Double-check for any personal belongings.

If any items are left behind, they will be mailed to you, and you will be charged for shipping fees. Thank you

Very Nice Clean Property On Lake Champlain

Really enjoyed the stay. The cabin was huge and it was very comfortable staying with family for a few days. Lake Champlain was right across the street and it was fun having a campfire and hanging with family every night. Also, so nice to have a fun game room downstairs and having a washer and dryer was so convenient. Honestly one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in. Thanks so much for the awesome experience.

Great place!

Wonderful getaway in the Adirondacks. Spotless & quiet. Check out Whiteface Mt. & Lake Placid or take a ferry to Burlington, if you want adventure beyond Ausable Chasm (which is awesome!). Thanks for a great time.

Beautiful Home

The home was immaculate, with all we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the lake from the upper and lower deck was beautiful. Peaceful area, short walk to the lake. Definitely planning on staying here again!

Such a great, recently renovated property with views of Lake Champlain! Very cozy, comfortable and clean, with all of the amenities! Highly recommended!

Beautiful home in a great location. If advertisement that it is a good location to park a boat, please remove the light posts at the end of the driveway. It is a big challenge getting a boat in and out of that driveway with the posts in place.

This was a beautiful property really close to Lake Champlain. We loved walking to the water and also being able to get to our hiking and kayaking destinations easily too. Looking forward to returning!

Wonderful Property!

This was our second summer staying at this VRBO. We absolutely love this rental. Such a good value for all that comes with this property, privacy, large spacious home/rooms, well equip with everything you will need, extremely clean, tastefully decorated, tons of parking, pet friendly ( which we are always so grateful to find a home we can bring our dogs! ) great communication with the property managers, just an overall a terrific rental. I would highly recommend this rental property! We hope to return one day, Thank you for having us!

Nice retreat away from it all

We loved the foozeball tournaments, the campfires, the hiking and everything around, from the brewery, the vineyard, the hikes (started our 46), to the fresh meats and cheeses. We will return.

Great space, nice and clean

Overall a very nice space, comfortable and clean. I would stay there again. Only complaint was being accused of having a pet there because the cleaning person found a shirt with hair on it. I was sent an invoice immediately for an extra cleaning fee without even asking first. We were a work crew in the area only staying there to eat and sleep, definitely no space for pets. We did get this cleared up and they said I didn't have to pay the fee.
