Wonderful home

This house is a very clean and spacious home. My sisters and I loved staying here for our sister weekend. Pella is a very charming city. It has a wonderful downtown area.

Fabulous

Loved the place. Perfect for gathering with family. Wish a 2nd bed was queen size. My adult children are over 6 feet and the twin beds were a bit short for them. We will definitely book again when we come to town! Shanon was very helpful!

Pella wedding weekend

Great place to stay in Pella. Beautiful house and very clean. Has everything you need. We were in town for our son’s wedding and this was as the perfect place to stay. So much better then hotel room and family could be together. Thanks to our host Shanon for making everything just right.

Christmas in Pella

The home is beautiful. Very well maintained and comfortable. Located close to the town square. Would definitely love to stay at the property again. Would have appreciated a little more flexibility on our check-in time as our flight arrives around noon bit the check-in is at 4:00. The owner kindly allowed us to check in at 3:00 and offered a bot earlier for a fee.overall, this is a great property! Highly recommend staying here if you’re plan to visit beautiful Pella.

Fantastic Home!

This house is incredible! It has been completely remodeled with high end finishes and felt like my home. It is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and all the cute Dutch museums, gardens, etc. Highly recommend renting from Shanon. She was easy to work with.

Great property for a diversified age group. Plenty of room for activities as well as dining. Nice location only a few blocks from downtown. Very clean and up to date with detailed thought in the house layout and quality amenities. Would certainly stay here again if we needed to be in the area.

Perfect weekend getaway

We were in town for a wedding in Pella and decided to rent Shanon's property on a whim. I'm so glad we did! The house was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located to the downtown area. My family and I had a wonderful weekend together and would definitely come back again. Shanon was incredibly communicative, and the property had everything you could ever need plus more!

100th birthday celebration for our Mom

Excellent. Lots of room. Beautifully furnished. Well supplied kitchen. We appreciated the puzzles & cards. Great linens. Complementary wine. Just a few tiny things. The bathroom door upstairs does not securely latch. Nightlights & tissue in the bathrooms would be nice.

After growing up in picturesque Pella, IA, I moved out of state to start a career and family. Three children and a cute labradoodle later, our family loves to visit Pella as a respite from the hustle and bustle of life. We enjoy walking and biking to parks, shops, and restaurants. Like most visitors, we are addicted to Jaarsma and Vander Ploeg bakeries, George's pizza, and all things Tulip Time. I am excited to share our home as you explore a very special city!

This spacious and private 4BR/3.5BA property is a short walk (0.6 miles) to Central Park, boutiques, and restaurants downtown. When visiting for Tulip Time, walkability downtown is key as parking is almost non-existent. Two blocks away on Main Street, children may enjoy a brand-new inclusive park called Wonder Spelen. This completely renovated home is 2400 square feet, sleeps 13 guests, has a finished basement, and a large yard. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we do!

Indoor Front Porch/Covered Back Porch: A comfortable indoor front porch overlooks Main Street. The covered back patio is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and watch birds. Or, fire up the Weber grill and cook burgers and dogs outside.

Basement Game Room/Bedroom: The basement is fun for kids and young-at-heart adults. The game room has a foosball table, magnetic dart board, and board games. Includes kitchenette, dining/seating area, and full bathroom. Four twin beds are located in the basement.
