Awesome house in walking distance to town and slopes

Great service and location

We really enjoyed the place in Park City, they were accommodating to a few needs we had and the house was very nicely situated - about halfway between Park City base and downtown Park City.

The property is well located, clean and as advertised. But there is no Central A/C--only a split unit in the master bedroom and living room. The basement stays cool on its own, but in the summer heat the living room gets hot, and the third bedroom on the entry level gets very hot. The host did bring in portable A/C units, which we appreciated.

Excellent Location

We had a fabulous stay at Mountain Gem. This house was comfortable, modern and convenient to Old Town bars and restaurants. It was a quick 5 minute walk into town to enjoy dinner! Home had well stocked kitchen/amenities. Great hiking trails nearby too. We look forward to returning during ski season this winter and will absolutely return to this house.

True Gem!

A real winner. We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully appointed home. It fit our group perfectly and we loved the Old Town location - a short walk to bars/restaurants. The house is stylish, comfortable and felt like home. Fantastic attention to detail and luxury; super responsive hosts. We definitely will be back for skiing, but fall was amazing too!

Great location near Town Lift & Main Street. Clean! Like new! Great communication & responsiveness!

6 friends & family for a ski vacation. Great location! House was like new. Nice 3 person hot tub was very clean with chlorine topped up. Constant recurrent pump like noise in upper bedroom kept us awake for 2-3 nights and then maintenance team fixed it. Everything you need. Extra space/fmily room in lower level a plus. Downsides: All 3 baths are within bedrooms (minor inconvenience), fireplace is glorified (but kind of fun) space heater with simulated multicolored flames & coals. Would definitely rent again.

Fantastic location, exceptional service, highly recommended!

This home and the team at Abode were both fantastic. The location is fantastic. Right between the PC Mountain base and town. The house was spotless and everything we needed was provided. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking to ski from the PC Mountain base, but also keen to have a convenient base to enjoy the PC nightlife. Additionally, the Abode team were simply outstanding. We arrived on an early flight and Abode worked to get us checked in by 11am versus the 4pm time we expected. Similarly, we were flying home later in the evening, and they accommodated us with a later check out. In fairness, that won't always be possible, but the fact they went to the bother was great. I'll certainly be looking to book with Abode again for our PC trips
