We have cleaners come to do the deep cleaning but expect tenants to sweep/vacuum, wipe down counters, put dishes away etc. Cleaning fee if not done.

We had a great stay at this very convenient location. The beach is just a short walk away. The condo was perfectly decorated to the quintessential Seacoast vibe. It was super clean and stocked with essential paper products. The 2 car parking was more than enough for our family of 3. We appreciated the outdoor shower to hose off sandy feet and we utilized the second floor porch most nights with our camping chairs. Would definitely book again next year!

Perfect little place!

This is our 4th year renting from Leeanne- great as always! Clean, updated with great immenities. Close walk to beach, restaurants, and Hampton. Quiet and clean neighborhood with beautiful beaches. We can't wait to be back!

Great spot close to beach

We had a lovely stay at Leanne’s home. It was very clean and well kept, and Leanne was very kind and helpful. The best part was it’s amazing proximity to the beach - just a short walk to a really beautiful and quiet beach. My husband and I stayed for a week with our 3 kids and they didn’t want to leave!

Fall in Seabrook, NH - 2 months stay

Beautiful Sunrises over the ocean and Sunsets over the harbor. Each just a block away. Ideal location for visiting with grandkids and enjoying beach time with family visits! Weather was terrific! Great time!

Perfect location, nice property!!!

Location was great, the rental is nicely done, very nice kitchen and living room area. Leeanne accommodated my request for linens, as I flew in for my stay. Without a doubt, I would rent this unit again and recommend it to others! Thanks Leeanne! Also, parking is on site and no problem.

Everything as you expect

Stayed for a month for work. Apartment is a clean comfortable 2 bedroom with easy access to beaches. Plenty of room for a family for a week long get away. Everything in working order, good parking and pleasant host. Would recommend.

Great Stay

The apartment was great. Spacious and in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Leeanne and Charlie were wonderful and very helpful with tips about where to eat and places to visit. The view from the porch toward the harbor presented amazing sunsets. Just a short walk to the ocean at the end of the street for sunrises and to enjoy the peace and relaxation of the waves. Everything was perfect!

Summer Vacation

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Booking was easy, the reviews are absolutely spot on and the rental was exactly as shown! Wanted to join family on a summer vacation getaway and was thrilled that this was available in the same area as my family/friends were vacationing! Super close to the beach and everything available. Perfect Place at the Beach

This was our second time staying at this property and we have loved it both times. It accommodated us perfectly as a family of 3 the first time and then again this time as a family of 4. Leeanne provides everything you could need in the unit and is available if need be. We couldn't recommend this property more you won't regret it!

Fun in Seabrook

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook at Leighanne’s house. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The AC was on high which was a fantastic way to unpack. We are a family of 6 and had no trouble being comfortable. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower which made our life so much easier. We visit Seabrook every year and this year was just as amazing as the rest!

cute, clean, great location

The place was very clean. It definitely lived up to my expectations on appearance. It was comfortable for our little family. The area was good for walking. You could catch the weekly fireworks from the beach. The walk to the beach felt longer than expected but still under 10 minutes. It probably felt longer because we had to haul all the kids things lol. Her staff was friendly and let us use their spare parking space a few times. The only downfall was the beds weren't as comfy as I would of liked but my kids slept great !!!

Melissa, Thanks for letting us know about the beds, this is the first we have heard about. Was it the queen bed? Were they too soft/hard. Let us know what you would do to improve since they were purchased in the last five years. EDIT - WE PURCHASED A MATTRESS TOPPER FOR THE QUEEN BED. Did you walk up Tilton Street to the beach? The walk can seem longer with all the beach gear/kids that don't move as fast as adults. We like to drive everything up to the entrance and drop with kids/an adult, then use a bike for adults/maybe even kids to ride back and forth as needed. Note that there are poles that you can lock your bikes to, if you would like to bring in the future... You had great weather this week and hope you got to see the whale while you were here. He was out feeding all week and it was amazing to see. Thank you, Leeanne

Very clean and quiet!

I am originally from this area so I knew I did not want to stay at any of the hotels on the beach. This was a last minute trip and we lucked out finding this place! It was a great location. A short walk to seabrook beach and a short drive over the bridge onto hampton beach. The unit was very clean and the owner had the AC on already for us. That was refreshing. Everything you need for cooking as well as toiletries were provided. There was some beach accessories available for us to use as well. The outdoor shower was a great perk so we could rinse kids and shoes. Highly recommend this unit!

Excellent Summer Rental

We rented this property for the first time this August (2017). I have stayed at dozens of rental properties in Seabrook, but this one is easily one of my favorites. The unit was clean, well appointed and perfect for my needs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals, an air conditioner that cooled the kitchen and living room and a Weber gas grill outside for your personal use. The beds were very comfortable. Both bedrooms have TV's, air conditioners and good size closets. The living room had two very comfortable couches and a large TV. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and going for walks on the beach. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a relaxing vacation in Seabrook. I will be back!!

Sisters and family early summer getaway

We started writing a review in our heads the moment we walked into Leeanne‘s place. We noticed right away how clean (spotless!), bright and up-to-date it was. Stocked with everything - even extra toiletries if we needed. Comfy and Beautifully appointed. Large closets, lots of hooks and hangers. Easy to use passcode for going in and out. The owner, Leeanne, is wonderful - very responsive, and great communicator. She has grown up in the area, knows the restaurants and great places to go. The best part, it’s a short walk to beautiful Seabrook beach, which is our fav beach on the NE Coast, clean, beautiful sand, private and almost never crowded. Although it’s only two bedrooms, it’s roomy and the pull-out couch made it perfect for our sisters weekend. We will be back again for sure!

Just right.

Perfect rental for my wife and I for the week. LeeAnn was a wonderful host. She responded quickly to provide some items that we needed. We liked the location. It was a short walk to the public beach, several restaurants and shops. We had a fantastic dinner at the Tuna Striker Pub. The beach wasn't crowded at all. We had a great time running and biking up and down the coast. Just to set expectations, LeeAnn has two units at this location and the unit that we rented (on the ocean side) didn't have a view of either the ocean or the bay. We would have liked a more extensive list of what we needed to bring. For example, we brought our own beach chairs, but I believe there were beach chairs and other beach gear there (we guess for our use). We thought that more of the basics would be stocked, like toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies (since there is an expectation that the unit has to be left clean). Information about local restaurants and menus would have also been helpful. Overall, a great trip and a fine rental.

Thank you! We will update the listing to include the items we provide and apologize the cleaning supply bucket wasn't fully stocked for you. I will have to grab menus for the local restaurants to leave in the unit. I appreciate your input and glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great location, service a little lacking

The property itself is great, and the location is top-notch. There are a few minor issues that made the overall experience a little less pleasant.The listing photos and description show bunk beds (one full, one twin) in the second bedroom. We planned on that for our two sons, and packed sheets accordingly. In reality, each bedroom has one queen bed. This is a pretty big difference for a place that makes you bring your own linens.The coffee maker didn’t work properly. After the first morning I heard back that you have to hold the top shut in order for it to work. This house has plenty of rules and procedures, but they forgot to provide instructions on how to operate the broken Keurig.We were there for 4 nights/5 days, and the dish soap provided ran out after 3. When we requested more we were told that an "assistant" normally handles that and the contact would have provided more if she was there. Finally, we were approached by someone at 8AM on checkout day telling us we needed to be out by 830AM for the cleaners. Check out is listed as 10AM and we had planned our morning (doing the required heavy cleaning - a sad way to end vacation) around that. We told the woman that we couldn't leave earlier, and she responded that we would be hearing from the owner (we didn’t).Again, great unit and perfect location. The little things can make a relaxing trip feel a little less so. If they fix the listing, and communicate a little better, it would be a better experience overall.

I appreciate your feedback and would like to acknowledge that your stay was not typical. There was a miscommunication with the cleaners, which I apologize for. They were under the impression that you were leaving the night before and would never have approached you otherwise. If I had known about the sheets/different bed sizes, I would have provided them for you. I am happy that you enjoyed the property and location and are incorporating your suggestions.
