We have cleaners come to do the deep cleaning but expect tenants to sweep/vacuum, wipe down counters, put dishes away etc. Cleaning fee if not done.

Pre/post season rates vary. We only honor lower monthly rates if you take the entire winter. Summer minimum rental $1,200 for week or long weekend.

We had a great stay at this very convenient location. The beach is just a short walk away. The condo was perfectly decorated to the quintessential Seacoast vibe. It was super clean and stocked with essential paper products. The 2 car parking was more than enough for our family of 3. We appreciated the outdoor shower to hose off sandy feet and we utilized the second floor porch most nights with our camping chairs. Would definitely book again next year!

Great location, service a little lacking

The property itself is great, and the location is top-notch. There are a few minor issues that made the overall experience a little less pleasant.The listing photos and description show bunk beds (one full, one twin) in the second bedroom. We planned on that for our two sons, and packed sheets accordingly. In reality, each bedroom has one queen bed. This is a pretty big difference for a place that makes you bring your own linens.The coffee maker didn’t work properly. After the first morning I heard back that you have to hold the top shut in order for it to work. This house has plenty of rules and procedures, but they forgot to provide instructions on how to operate the broken Keurig.We were there for 4 nights/5 days, and the dish soap provided ran out after 3. When we requested more we were told that an "assistant" normally handles that and the contact would have provided more if she was there. Finally, we were approached by someone at 8AM on checkout day telling us we needed to be out by 830AM for the cleaners. Check out is listed as 10AM and we had planned our morning (doing the required heavy cleaning - a sad way to end vacation) around that. We told the woman that we couldn't leave earlier, and she responded that we would be hearing from the owner (we didn’t).Again, great unit and perfect location. The little things can make a relaxing trip feel a little less so. If they fix the listing, and communicate a little better, it would be a better experience overall.

Summer Vacation

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Booking was easy, the reviews are absolutely spot on and the rental was exactly as shown! Wanted to join family on a summer vacation getaway and was thrilled that this was available in the same area as my family/friends were vacationing! Super close to the beach and everything available. Great spot! We are looking forward to coming back!

Great Stay

The apartment was great. Spacious and in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Leeanne and Charlie were wonderful and very helpful with tips about where to eat and places to visit. The view from the porch toward the harbor presented amazing sunsets. Just a short walk to the ocean at the end of the street for sunrises and to enjoy the peace and relaxation of the waves. Everything was perfect!

Fun in Seabrook

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook at Leighanne’s house. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The AC was on high which was a fantastic way to unpack. We are a family of 6 and had no trouble being comfortable. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower which made our life so much easier. We visit Seabrook every year and this year was just as amazing as the rest!

Very clean and quiet!

I am originally from this area so I knew I did not want to stay at any of the hotels on the beach. This was a last minute trip and we lucked out finding this place! It was a great location. A short walk to seabrook beach and a short drive over the bridge onto hampton beach. The unit was very clean and the owner had the AC on already for us. That was refreshing. Everything you need for cooking as well as toiletries were provided. There was some beach accessories available for us to use as well. The outdoor shower was a great perk so we could rinse kids and shoes. Highly recommend this unit!

Great spot close to beach

We had a lovely stay at Leanne’s home. It was very clean and well kept, and Leanne was very kind and helpful. The best part was it’s amazing proximity to the beach - just a short walk to a really beautiful and quiet beach. My husband and I stayed for a week with our 3 kids and they didn’t want to leave!

Sisters and family early summer getaway

We started writing a review in our heads the moment we walked into Leeanne‘s place. We noticed right away how clean (spotless!), bright and up-to-date it was. Stocked with everything - even extra toiletries if we needed. Comfy and Beautifully appointed. Large closets, lots of hooks and hangers. Easy to use passcode for going in and out. The owner, Leeanne, is wonderful - very responsive, and great communicator. She has grown up in the area, knows the restaurants and great places to go. The best part, it’s a short walk to beautiful Seabrook beach, which is our fav beach on the NE Coast, clean, beautiful sand, private and almost never crowded. Although it’s only two bedrooms, it’s roomy and the pull-out couch made it perfect for our sisters weekend. We will be back again for sure!

Everything as you expect

Stayed for a month for work. Apartment is a clean comfortable 2 bedroom with easy access to beaches. Plenty of room for a family for a week long get away. Everything in working order, good parking and pleasant host. Would recommend.

Great Property!

We have stayed at multiple properties on Seabrook and this was by far the best. Very, very clean. Updated. Kitchen was well stocked. So nice to have A/C and TV's in each room. The porch was wonderful to sit on at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Seabrook Rental

Had a great week in Seabrook at this rental. The property was clean, up-to-date, and very comfortable. The AC units quickly cooled the apartment on hot days. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute everything!

Leeanne is the nicest! And her newly renovated apartment is the perfect cozy size for myself and inviting guests. Chic minimal design, and it feels bigger than it is because of the floor plan. It’s very open. The neighborhood is adorable and safe too. It’s quiet and the neighbors seem nice. It’s a pretty relaxed setting :) It’s also really close to the beach. Kindaaa love it. For sure will stay again.

Fall in Seabrook, NH - 2 months stay

Beautiful Sunrises over the ocean and Sunsets over the harbor. Each just a block away. Ideal location for visiting with grandkids and enjoying beach time with family visits! Weather was terrific! Great time!

Great place!

This was exactly as it looked on the website! VERY clean, very nice, lots of nice touches and the air conditioning was great for sleeping. Everything looked very recently re-done, was easy to clean up when we left. Great place!
