Perfect location the south end of Hampton Beach, this beautiful condo is only a 5 minute walk until your toes hit the sand. Hampton Beach State Park, Hampton Marina, and the boardwalk are also just a few minute walk.
Enjoy ocean breezes from the private wrap around porch with a deck at the entrance and a second off the master bedroom. The newly renovated condo has a full kitchen w/new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, & countertop that seats 6 guests. The living room has ample seating with a sectional couch and a large screen TV with cable and WiFi. Down the hall is a bath with shower and washer & dryer. The 3 bedrooms each have a closet and sleeping space for six with 2 queen beds and 1 full sized bed. Rental includes 2 assigned off-street parking spaces.

Wonderful beach condo!

This condo was perfect for our trip. We were within driving distance to Maine. Boston, and Cap Cod. It was comfy and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Clean Comfortable and good Location

Great Host, Very clean, Homey, walking distance to ocean and boardwalk. Updated inside, Quiet neighborhood, unexpected snacks and drinks. Highly recommend stay. My wife and would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo very close to the ocean. I loved the big windows to the east where I could watch the sun come up with my morning tea. I would love to go back.

The property looked exactly like the pictures—beautiful, clean, and well-maintained! The condo’s layout was perfect—spacious enough to feel comfortable yet cozy and inviting. The location was incredibly convenient, making it an ideal home base for our long weekend.One of the standout features was the host’s thoughtful attention to detail. They provided an abundance of amenities, including snacks, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, and more—far beyond what we expected! Family Vacation

Our vacation included going to Boston, Salem and Lee for a long Halloween weekend. This unit was conveniently located to all locations. Very easy to check-in, unit was spotless and so comfortable. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Girls Getaway

We loved staying here!! It was clean, bright and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with what you needed to make meals and cocktails. A variety of coffees and teas and some snacks were left for us to enjoy. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the boardwalk but still in a quiet area. We were able to take the train out of Newburyport (20 minutes away) to Salem for the day which saved on trying to park there. We can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful Property

Beautiful, spacious home with AMAZING views!! The area is quite congested so there is not much privacy. There was snacks, toiletries, and the host went out of their way to accommodate us!!

Perfect landing spot

Our daughter plays college lacrosse and we needed a place to stay between 2 games and to take advantage of a birthday weekend. While the weather wasn't on our side we still managed a great time. Owner communication was terrific warning us of the storm and partial road closure before we arrived. The condo was stocked with coffee, teas and some snacks. The bathroom also stocked with toiletries in case they were needed.

Flawless

This property was full of amenities, location was perfect, and host was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was SO AMAZING! We missed our connection flying into Boston, which really set us back. We were exhausted, and asked by chance of a possibility of an early check-in, which, again, she accommodated us without question! We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!! Dawn and George Gentuso *****JUST TWO things missing: There was not ONE full length mirror, the bathroom mirror was too high for me, and it was the only one. 2) Local TV is not pertinent, but it's great to have, especially for weather updates, local news. Graduation Trip

We had a wonderful time visiting New Hampshire for the graduation at SNHU. The house was lovely and was local to quite a few restaurants. It was also reasonably located to Massachusetts and Maine for further exploration.
