There are many things in this home that need repair- the air conditioning, the washer and windows that will not remain open. Be advised that the third “bedroom” is a utility room with the bed next to the HVAC system that is a constant noise. This room was not usable and our son needed to sleep in the living room on the couch. Also, this home is a good distance from the sites you may be coming to see.

I am sorry to say that I was also very disappointed with this guest. The Air Conditioner in fact IS working, When Susan notified me that the AC was not working, I offered to send a repair man and she refused. After she left the repairman found someone had pulled on a plug on the Air Handler which triggered it to shut off. There are only 2 windows that do not stay open, we actually purchased an accessory that allows the windows to stay open that was right next to the windows in question. The third Bedroom IS in fact a bedroom, we choose to put our washer and dryer in the house, so it is located in that room which is shown in pictures. YES, this is a country cabin in the beautiful town of Ocklawaha, I am not sure what you were coming to see but there is in fact much to see and do nearby. I pride myself on my constant 10 Star reviews and I am very sorry you felt I needed to receive a 4. I feel I was a very attentive host, and my listing description is accurate, please see prior reviews for details.

Misconception

The cabin was fine.It was the making it appear to have access to lake or beach on premises which was not. Also it said on the vrbo app that there was a hot tub / jacuzzi when the tub was so small that I couldnt even turn around. They had a picture of a fire pit and said it was a hottub. We still got away from lifes every day challenges but definitely not what was expected

Hi William. I went over my listing with VRBO and I’m not sure where you’re getting the above information. Perhaps you were looking at another listing? I always get five star reviews. I wish you would’ve messaged me or called me I strive for my guest to be completely happy
