Stylish 1-bedroom apartment with full bath, living space and kitchenette. Centrally located near Scenic Drive on Franklin Mountain. Perfect for quick visits to El Paso or long-term stays. Ideal for UTEP, Texas Tech, and US Army Sergeant Major Academy (SGM-A) students. Private off-street parking. The unit is pet friendly but please ensure you include your pet in your reservation when booking.
Guests have quick access to the apartment entrance from the two parking spots available to guests at the back of the house. The white door/main entrance leads into the living room/kitchenette area. The rooms get plenty of natural light and are spacious with lots of floor space.
Guests have access to the back patio area for recreational and pet use. The two parking spots in the back are for guests, but they can also use the street parking that is available in front of the house on Copper Ave. Guests are welcome to walk through the side yard any time for easy access to the back, but please note that the side yard is not available for recreational use.
