New cabin nice stay

Could tell it was a newer cabin, only downside did not provide any dish soap or dishwasher soap so had to purchase. Overall good stay.

Quiet little place with a view

Perfect little spot to enjoy the Smoky Mountains! If you like a more private space, with a beautiful view, and that is close to some great hiking and sightseeing in the Smoky Mountains, this is your place. Would definitely recommend it!

Exciting trip to the smokies

First time in the Smokies and the cabin was great! We had so much fun that we decided to stay an extra day to enjoy. The cabin has a beautiful view of the mountains that is unforgettable. The cabin looks brand new and well taken care of and is a beautiful place. We hope to stay there again soon.

Got it—here’s me reading the review aloud, nice and clear:“We booked this Gatlinburg cabin for our anniversary, expecting a relaxing and romantic getaway at nearly four hundred bucks a night. Unfortunately, the whole thing was a letdown—we left a full day early.The beds? Total torture. Lumpy, no support, even the couch and upstairs ones wrecked our backs. Those ‘blankets’ were basically sheets—zero warmth, freezing nights.And the hot tub? Gross. White gunk floating everywhere, water glowing neon green. We wouldn’t touch it.For that price, we wanted clean, comfy, top-notch. Instead, it felt ignored and cheap. Skip this place—we won’t back . This was supposed to be a perfect anniversary gift. There’s no way to get this back.
Pictures of the hot tub water that was absolutely disgusting. You can see the green and the floating white chunks.

We do want to note that we did not receive any calls, messages, or reports from you during your stay regarding these concerns. Had we been made aware, we would have addressed them immediately, as guest comfort is very important to us. We also reviewed prior guest stays and have no record of similar issues being reported—this is not something we have experienced in the past—and the cabin was inspected prior to your arrival. We regret that you left early and that we were not given the opportunity to correct any of these concerns while you were on site. Your feedback is still appreciated, and we will review everything mentioned to ensure standards are maintained.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
