Prime locations, located right in between Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Secluded yet easy access to all attractions and restaurants. 10 mins to park, 15 mins Gatlinburg/Dollywood/Ripley's Aquarium.

Only less-shedding dogs less than 35 lbs are allowed and there will be a flat fee of $100/dog.

* Charcoal grill and outdoor fire pit available
* We advise you to keep food safely in the fridge or at least covered as you will be living in the mountains and surrounded by woods.

Environment:

There is a deer track under the house. We have 2 deers coming to visit every week, please be friendly to them. If you enjoy the star gazing, this is the place to stay. (When the sky is clear, you will see a lot of stars at night !!!) Very peaceful and quiet, no visible neighbors around

Parking:

A lot of free parking space, capable of parking 4 cars. 4-wheel is recommended in general for smoky mountain area but not required. Security camera installed in front of the house, facing the driveway.

Fireplace:
On During Winter Months: October 1st - March 31st
Off During Summer Months: April 1st - September 30th

TV Entertainment:
A smart TV in the living room and both bedrooms have TVs are connected to a smart device with access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Spotify, etc (guests have to sign in using their own accounts).

AC:
Summer: The min temperature is set to 70F as temperature below could potentially cause overload to the house's circuit breaker. Winter: Central heating.
