Nice place that was as expected based on the listing. Lots of room for a large group to be comfortable. Fishing was great off of the dock. Would book again.

Long weekend getaway

We had a great stay at this house! There were two families of four ranging in age from 7 to 16 and everyone had a great time. The host was very responsive and everything we needed was right at the house. We will definitely be back!

Pros:1. Communication with host was easy and response was quick2. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple couples - each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom which is what drew me to the listingCons: 1. Maintenance - Many fixtures throughout the house did not have bulbs (we did find some in the laundry room and replaced many of them).2. All of the plants in the flower beds and pots were overgrown or dead, the home actually looked abandoned as we drove up. 3. Cobwebs had taken over the back decks/patios.Cleanliness:1. Not bad in most of the home, some dust and musty smell which we did not mind too much however, the bathroom in the basement dorm style room had mildew on the tub walls and a lot of mold in the drain which was very unpleasant.

Amazing Property

I booked the house for a long birthday weekend. My son, his girlfriend, and 2 other friends joined me for a few days. We all absolutely loved the house! The house is spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. The host was beyond helpful, easy to work with, and kind. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for evenings and long nights talking. The dock was a great place to spend time next to the water. I will definitely try to book again in the future.

Duck Creek

The house itself was a beautiful, older home. Plenty of bathrooms amd bedrooms. We loved the sunroom and living room with the large sectional. The kitchen was spacious and stocked. The patios were nice and the view lovely over Duck Creek. Lots of wildlife. There's a boat house and dock which will be great for people with watercraft. The only downturn was we came into a dirty kitchen with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes and the counters had not been wiped down. Also, the living room was dusty. I let the owner know about this so it could be corrected. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time
