A perfect place for a getaway with family or friends, or for work. The apartment accommodates "6" people, with 2 bedrooms, A/C, TV/Netflix, Wi-Fi, parking, a kitchen, and... an electricity generator!

The Accommodation

Just 10 minutes from Playa Puerto Nuevo, 15 from Playa Los Tubos, and 20 from Playa La Esperanza and Mar Chiquita. Perfect for surfing enthusiasts due to its unbeatable price and proximity to the surf spots in Puerto Nuevo and Los Tubos. You will fall in love with this modern and cozy two-bedroom apartment, featuring a bathroom with amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with TV/Netflix and Wi-Fi. Rest comfortably in its beautiful air-conditioned rooms, prepare dinner in the kitchen, or order takeout from one of the delicious local restaurants. Wake up with a cup of Puerto Rican coffee and relax watching Netflix. If you're visiting for work, the Wi-Fi service and a comfortable desk are ready for you. I so impressed about the place but the dogs was barking to much in the night but besides that everything was good if I go again I would book again and I would other know about this beautiful place thank you so much it was a pleasure

Not beach front

I thought this was on the beach. I was a bit disappointed. Also, no ac in living room like i was told there was one

Avis, We are at 10 min. drive away to Puerto Nuevo Beach, and also have many other stunning beaches La esperanza, Los tubos, Mar chiquita. We are in the costal town, is impossible enjoy the beach. We have A/C in all the bedrooms and in the living room have a fan. The Apartment is fresh and have all the amenities to enjoy the stay. Next time please read the information, Im sure that you enjoy all the amenities in the apartment.
