At minutes to the attractions such as Charco Azul, Ojo de Agua, Roca Norte Climbing Gym, Museum, Malls. The perfect place for a getaway, or to work. It is an entire apt. w/parking for 2 cars, 1 (one) bedrooms, A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, full equipped kitchen, cozy living room and full bathroom with all the amenities. The apartment is a walking distance from Hospital Wilma Vazquez, and the Ojo de Agua spring, crystal water that flow from the earth constantly. Come and enjoy a trip to Puerto Nuevo beach at 5 min. from the house.

i give this place a 4/5 stars. The only issues i had was the checkin instructions not being specific and there only being an AC in the bedroom and not in the common area. The other small issue i had was many people driving passed the house with music blasting in the early hours (was not in host control). Other than that great stay, small cozy room enough to sleep at least 4. It is 45mins-1 hours away from San Juan, and much further from other attractions, so if you plan on being in San Juan majority of your time i recommend you getting a place there.

Maybe for couples not for family

I wish I had known a bit more about the location. If people want to experience what a barrio in Puerto Rico feels like, this is the place for them. I was hoping for something a little more quiet since it was a family trip. And I wish they had better mattresses and pillows; you could feel the springs in the mattresses.

Family Villa 1

The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location.

My husband and I came to PR for the first time last week and Isaac was the absolute best!!! He answer all our question quick and even came to speak to us directly . The villa is super cute and close to almost everything you may need last minute for your trip!! We will be staying here next time we come to PR
