Oceanfront 2Br 2Ba Condo with elevator and amazing views!

Our beautiful oceanfront condo is in Surfwatch III, located in Surfside Beach, "The Family Beach." It has ocean or lake views from every room with a large oceanfront balcony.

The condo is on the top floor of a four-story building with amazing views. An elevator and carts are available, making unloading so much easier.

*KITCHEN is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and most cooking essentials.

*LIVING ROOM includes a full-size sleeper sofa, recliner, ceiling fan, a 65" smart flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.

*MASTER BEDROOM has a king-size bed with an ocean view and access to the balcony through the sliding glass doors. There is a 43" smart flat-screen TV.
*SECOND BEDROOM has a queen-size bed and a 32" flat-screen TV.
*2 FULL BATHROOMS, one for each bedroom. Beginning set of starter supplies for your arrival.

*LAUNDRY ROOM with washer and dryer.
*LINENS - bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bed sheets, kitchen dish towels, and dishcloths are provided.

Outdoor showers are available on the way off the beach.
Two parking passes are provided. Motorcycles, trailers, boats, motor homes, and golf carts are not permitted.
The person renting this property must be at least 25 years old and be present for the entire rental.
**No student groups allowed.
**No pets allowed.
**No smoking.

Favorite place to stay in Surfside

We have been staying at this beautiful condo several times a year since 2021. The hosts are very accommodating and the condo is well maintained. This is our go to place to stay when visiting Surfside!

Perfect vacation

We love this condo and have stayed here many times. It is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. We love having our morning coffee on the balcony. Communication with the hosts is exceptional.

5 Stars – Amazing Condo in a Perfect Location!We had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo in Surfside Beach! The unit was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated—truly a home away from home. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the balcony while listening to the ocean.The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to everything you could want. For a fun family outing, Mulligan’s Lagoon Putt-Putt is right nearby and offers two fantastic mini-golf courses that everyone will enjoy. For nature lovers, Huntington Beach State Park is just a short drive away and a must-visit with its stunning marsh views, walking trails, and wildlife.The condo had everything we needed—well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and fast Wi-Fi. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway with easy access to both fun attractions and peaceful nature spots, this is the place! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

The property is fantastic. It is the perfect vacation oasis. The bed in the master suite is super comfortable. And the kitchen has everything you need. And to top it off, the beach 🏖️ is in the backyard. We have already booked for next year.

Great Condo

Beach trip

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed at. It was exactly as shown and described. Very clean, nicely decorated, the most comfortable bed and the kitchen had everything you needed. We are already checking our calendar for another stay.

Baseball Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside Beach. The condo exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked. Easy access to the beach. The Myrtle beach area has been our vacation spot for years. This condo is by far the best we have stayed in. Would definitely stay again.
