Welcome to a very stylish and well-furnished penthouse with high ceilings, creating a sense of space and luxury. Situated on the top floor of a brand new building, this penthouse boasts a big, wide, and spacious terrace. With ample natural light, it exudes a bright and cozy atmosphere, providing a pleasant living environment. The Penthouse is located near the center of Riga with excellent public transport connections and access amenities, entertainment and various other locations.
The space
The penthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one of the bathrooms attached to one of the rooms and featuring a large bathtub. There is a spacious living room with a dining area and kitchen, as well as a wide, open terrace measuring 23 m2. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, while the other has a bed measuring 160x200. In the living room, there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed measuring 140x200 if needed. Additionally, we provide a mattress topper for added comfort. Moreover, we have a baby crib available if required.

All bedrooms are provided with bed linen, pillows, and duvets. The bathrooms have a shower/bathtub, toilet, washing machine/dryer, toilet paper, hairdryer, hand soap, and fresh towels for your convenience.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots, pans, glasses, and crockery—everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There is 65 inches QLED SMART 4K TV with Netflix and Tet TV+ in the living room. Free, fast, reliable, stable and modern, unlimited Optical Wi-Fi internet. Up to 1000 Mbps. There is also air conditioner which can be used if necessary.

A reserved underground parking is available on the premises with 220W power supply to charge the car. As well as kids playground is available on the property near the house.

The Penthouse is located approximately 15km from Riga airport, which can be easily reached by car, taxi, or public transport. The Old City center is 4.5km away, and the central station is 5km away. The nearest beach, Vecāķi, is 18km away, while the closest tourist city, Jūrmala, situated by the sea, is 29km away.

A big shopping mall called "Domina" is just a 5-minute walk from the Penthouse. It offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, and even a huge playing space for kids called Sky Park, along with an Apollo cinema. Within a short walking distance of 5 minutes, you'll find a few more grocery stores, a Neste petrol station, and a bowling center.

The central sports district, equipped with playgrounds for children aged 1 to 12 years, a skate park, basketball courts, beach volleyball, soccer fields, running tracks, etc., is just 2km away. The closest train station is 1km away, and for access to public transport, there is a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away.
Guest access
The house is equipped with self-check-in. The access key code will be provided a day before your arrival, allowing you to check yourself into the property. Additionally, you will find the remote key for the garage and main gate inside the apartment. Check in from 15:00 / check out at 11:00.
