No table in the back on the deck. Just had 2 rockin chairs. They were full of cobwebs, but we cleaned them ourselves. The outside grills we thought would have been gas grills but they were charcoal grills and you had to bring your own charcoal. But otherwise place was okay.

The property was overall decent, and check-in and communication were easy. The property sits alongside a creek and is a short distance to the main road so you will still hear cars and trucks moving along. The picnic area and pickleball courts are quite nice and new looking. The photos could use some updating as there are now privacy walls on either side of the patio. The patio is also directly facing the porch of the cabin across the small creek, so outdoor privacy is not guaranteed. The back porch could definitely do with a small table to place drinks.Inside is nice, and pretty clean but Spartan. There were some coffee grounds spilled in one of the drawers and the pots were quite worn but otherwise I did not see heavy evidence of previous occupants. The bed is comfortable. One of the chairs in the listing has been removed (so yes, that is ONE chair in the rental) but we had a new camping chair and used that during our stay. It would be nice if there were more seating, and more storage, perhaps a suitcase rack or two, a shelf in the bathroom and a dish for soaps. There is a dresser that is mostly full of blankets (I was thankful for one of these-- the AC works great!!)Things I would recommend to bring if you rent this property:A clean camping chair or twoA small folding tableSuction cup hooks for the showerBasket coffee filtersFirst Aid Kit

Cabin stay

Nice clean property out away from the hustle and bustle of gatlinburg. Thought there was a hot tub and pool but never saw them anywhere. There was confusion about some things but overall as long as nothing is needed then it’s fine.

Got it! Sounds like you found a nice, clean property away from Gatlinburg's hustle and bustle. While there was confusion about amenities like the hot tub and pool, overall your stay was fine as long as you didn't need anything extra. If you visit again, clarifying amenities beforehand might help. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoyed your peaceful getaway!

Beautiful, well kept

Lovely cabin, everything was brand new. My only complaint is how close it was to the other cabins. Sitting on the porch, you stare directly at the next persons back porch. I expected walking trails around but there’s none and the highway traffic noise was unexpected Very comfortable, clean, and easy checkin/out

Great cabin

Very nice cabin. Sit on deck and listen to creek. Large beds large tv. Very spacious cabin. Our cabin was new build, so of course hade a couple kinks to work out. Any issues we had, they were quick to send someone to address. This is WAY BETTER than a hotel. Get a house fully equipped, for about same cost as a decent hotels. I recommend these cabins and would stay again.

Perfect getaway

Great customer service and communication. Arrived at the property and the code given to get in wouldn’t work. Called the number provided in the email and was immediately provided a new code. The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful and clean. The views outside were stunning and the best part was the creek right outside out back door. I spent a lot of time sitting on the deck just enjoying the view. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next trip.

Greenbriar Preserve is a charming cottage community located just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This peaceful retreat is nestled along a scenic creek and offers a quiet escape while still being close to all the area’s attractions. When we saw the location, we knew everyone would love the location as much as we did, and so the Greenbriar Preserve came to be.

The community is relatively new, with construction beginning in 2023 and thoughtfully expanding through 2024 and 2025 as its popularity grew. Guests love the serene setting, natural surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere.
We’re proudly pet-friendly (we love animals!), so feel free to bring your furry companions along. The community offers plenty of space to enjoy leisurely walks with your dog, whether along the creek or around the picnic area next to a large open field.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
