“Bearly Wait” - you will barely be able to wait for your turn at this quaint mountain retreat with continuously changing, breathtaking views.
Whether used as a private getaway for two or a place to rest at night after doing all the area has to offer, you will love this well-furnished unit.

Main-Level in the B building. 1 bedroom/1 bath unit sleeps up to 4.

1 bedroom . 1 king bed, queen sleeper sofa.

This property has a fully equipped kitchen; a wood-burning fireplace in the living area with cozy seating and large, smart, flat-screen TV; and a private balcony providing amazing views of The Smoky National Forest with Bent Creek Golf Course in the foreground. Watch the incredible rapidly changing mountain views from the balcony, bedroom, or picnic area. Mountain sunsets are incredible. Enjoy the lights of Gatlinburg and Ober Gatlinburg in the distance. Convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Great Smoky Mountain National Forest or just enjoy a relaxing getaway.

THIS 2nd LEVEL UNIT IS AT STREET LEVEL, WHICH MAKES FOR EASY ENTRY IN A BUILDING WITH NO ELEVATORS.

Convenient to Smoky Mountain national part, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood). Short day trip to Cherokee casino or Biltmore House.

Lots of wildlife we often see a family of deer and on occasion, we will see a black bear and her cubs.

In addition to condo amenities, our neighborhood hosts 3 pools, a golf course, and for larger events, guests rent space from the neighborhood HOA office at the very top of the mountain.

The setting is beautiful, saw bears closely, easy check-in and exit. Plenty of space for a couple. Not too far from Gatlinburg and the national park. The interior could use an update. Comfortable, enough kitchen cookware, but just looks a bit tired. That being said, we’d definitely stay again.

Thanks for the stay, Cathy. We recognize that the condo hasn’t undergone a full renovation like some others in the area, and we price it accordingly. We continue to make steady improvements and maintain the space so it remains comfortable and functional for guests. I don’t think it’s entirely fair to book a value‑priced stay and then compare it to a luxury‑level experience, but as you noted, you did have a nice stay and would return. I imagine that’s because the condo met — and perhaps exceeded — your needs at a price point that offers strong value.

My husband and I spent the week in the condo. It was the perfect size for us and the views of the mountains were amazing. The road up to the condo took us a little to get use to but all the switchbacks were worth it for the gorgeous view!!

The condo isn’t fully modernized, but it’s a very comfortable space, and we’ve replaced the flooring throughout within the last year. We’ll continue applying updates periodically as cash flow permits, and the current level of modernization is reflected in the price. Pat, Thanks for your stay. People tend to think that the heart of the town is where the activity is but we have as much maybe more here. Access to to trail heads that branch into numerous trails; views; golf; zipline; rafting, etc.

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.

Convenient to Smoky Mountain National Forest, Gatlinburg. Quiet neighborhood with dedicated security and plow service. Surrounded by national parklands which result in a massive amount of wildlife all around us. Relaxing mountain views.

A short drive to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Biltmore Estate.

Roads maintained by the HOA, winter snows are addressed immediately making chains or 4 WD unnecessary. As legal disclaimer assumes vehicle operator exercised prudent judgment using plowed roads. I personally have not used 4 WD to access the property and have had about 6 snows now.
