-This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, and the property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.

We had a wonderful time in the rental. The house is spacious and accommodated the family with no issues. The deck and yard are super peaceful and the views are great.

Spacious home wirh room for the whole family. Fully stocked kitchen. Well equipped outdoor entertainment area complete with a nice large hot tub. Wineries within a 15 minute drive, however, its a very long dusty road of the paved road to get to the property so your car is filthy the whole stay. Master bedroom closet is locked with a "owners closet" sign on it so you have to hang all your clothing in the front door coat closet. There are also NO drawers for you to unpack your clothes into. They (Sunny Days) did contact the home owner about the closet/drawer issue on our behalf and when the owners informed it was locked and NOT available for our stay Sunny Days brought by a small 4 drawer unit that was better than living from a suitcase for 10 days.....but the owner should have let us know ahead of time that they provide NO Master bedroom closet/drawers.There are a lot of holes in the walls and unfinished projects around the house that need finishing. We had to have someone come and remove a large un installed 5ft x 4ft un framed mirror left leaning against a bedroom wall that could have caused major injury.

enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful sunset views from the front porch. Didn't enjoy the bumpy road to get to the property, but it was okay.

Family bonding

The place is stunning, lots of room and clean, there was a bit of not so nice smell when you walk in so we lighted scented candles and was good. The lot was huge and kids had a great time in the backyard. I would come back it’s far from everybody but also far from stores so make sure you pack everything you need.it was a nice getaway.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The place was perfect for our last minute weekend getaway. The house’s location was private and had a great view. House was clean and very comfortable, with a great family room were we would all hang out. Would definitely come back!

Great Getaway

Clean and spacious house and property. We were able to enjoy a nice quiet weekend off the beaten path. We loved roasting marshmallows, grilling, and hot tub after enjoying the day at some of the local wineries. House had enough space for 2 families to share. Thank you so much!

Off the beaten path

The house was clean and looked like what is presented on the site. However, it should be noted that it's 15-20 away from the wineries. There is nothing around you, convenience is out the door. Also, the roads are not paved, so an SUV or 4X4 is ideal (minor detail that was not mentioned). I own a low-profile car and had an extremely difficult time getting in and out of this place. My car’s alignment is shot now. There was trash all over the front of the house when we arrived. I contacted the management company about the trash, they said they would send someone out to clean it that evening. One of my guests that arrived the following day cleaned it up because they felt bad about the way the place looked. The management company later responded and said they had handled the trash and had left more shampoo and conditioner. The home was booked for 8 people only to find shampoo and conditioner for two. There aren't any amenities, there was 1 coffee pod left with the Keurig I was told by management they don’t supply coffee). Overall, it’s a nice house to rent if you are planning to stay in the entire time and own a 4x4 or SUV.

Girls Weekend Away

We had a wonderful time at this property, it was perfect for our girls weekend away celebrating a birthday. Everything about the house was perfect! Hopefully next visit won't be so rainy so we can enjoy the view!

Nice surprise !

What a beautiful property with a fabulous view. We enjoyed making meals in the beautiful kitchen. The backyard had a great fire pit and the nicest hot tub ever. The location is in a quiet setting. They had lots of nice amenities including coffee, soaps and shampoos, plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. This was a surprise stay for my spouse’s 65th birthday… it was awesome.
