NEW to VRBO! Brand new construction. Electric Pass Lodge is the newest building in the Base Snowmass Village!

Conveniently located in Snowmass Base Village at Electric Pass Lodge, 119 Wood Rd, Snowmass Village, the primary ski access portal at the foot of Snowmass Resort, Electric Pass Lodge offers an incredible opportunity to maximize time outdoors and walk to all the restaurants, shopping and activities in the Village. This condo features Scandinavian-inspired design, interiors are stylish and sophisticated, yet remain cozy and inviting.

Electric Pass Lodge is state-of-the-art eco-friendly construction and is proudly built ultra-efficient and powered 100% by renewable electricity. It is home to many amenities and adventures right out your door, making it easy to tap into the pure mountain lifestyle. Here, outdoor adventures abound with world-class skiing, mountain biking, hiking/biking trails, and over 20 shops and restaurants within walking distance. Family-fun adventures in the village like the Lost Forest Adventure Park, ice skating, and dont forget the hot tub and pool and lounge common area onsite....The pool even has a water slide!

Place is awesome and center located. Close to a bus stop and is a phenomenal unit. Great decor and no expense spared on the multi million dollar condo. Lots of room for kids upstairs and the amenities of the condo are great. I used the lap pull everyday I was there. Reed is on top of his game. Very responsive and the cleaning staff were super nice.

Amazing property!

This property was perfect for our family! Located right at the base of the mountain, it made it easy for us to walk to the gondola and restaurants with our kids. The property itself was beautiful - very modern and clean. I loved the way it was decorated…lots of beautiful RH furniture throughout. The kids loved the upstairs area with 4 bunk beds. The only thing that is a slight negative (and this is very minor) is the upstairs is open so when the kids go to bed, it’s hard to use the downstairs living area because the TV and lights would keep them awake. But that wasn’t a big deal at all. We loved the property and would definitely stay there again!

Great stay over new year

The property is just as nice as the photos look, we really loved it. Very spacious and super clean. Location is also good. We appreciate the mid week clean (after requesting it). Reed was super responsive.A few minor cons:- for the price point, the quality of the bathroom toiletries was disappointing. It’s just Costco goods- the lock system is a bit annoying, no way to get in and out without your phone cell signal. We had kids with us without phones

Fantastic Snowmass Villa! Highly recommend

Top notch villa in Snowmass. It is located next to One Snowmass and is an easy, short walk to Base Village. The lobby area is extremely nice with a large TV and fireplace. All of the amenities are pristine, including towels and lockers at the pool. Ski in - ski out via Assay Hill lift. Locker for ski equipment was easily accessible. The villa was immaculately cleaned and all of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with any items needed for cooking. The bathrooms had a hairdryer and hair/soap products. Highly recommend. Managers are great communicators.

Our stay was GREAT! The host was amazing and was always available if we needed anything which we did not. Not only was it as advertised it also exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect and close to everything you need to stay in Snowmass/Aspen. I will definitely be staying there again and will also look at all of their other properties as well. We have been coming to Snowmass for over a decade. Best location in 10 years. Close to restuarants, but also easy access to hiking and biking. Also clsoe to Apsen, but Snowmass is a more pleasant experience.

LOVED this Penthouse Condo!

We absolutely loved staying at this penthouse condo. It is BRAND new and so well done. The young kids (5 and 6) couldn't get enough of the pool with the water slide and our teens couldn't get enough of the Snowmass bike park! The gondola is 1 minute away. So convenient to walk to all the restaurants, the gondola, etc. This was a luxury mountain escape for us to beat the heat of Texas! We will absolutely be back in the winter since this is ski in/ski out. Reed the property manager was there to answer any questions that came up or to help us with a dinner recommendation...He recommended Kenichi which was fantastic and right next to our building. If you like sushi, we now recommend it too! We will be back!
