In this case, no concerns about the couch, window, or washer were reported at check-in or during the stay. When we were contacted, we responded and investigated the issues. Our cleaning and maintenance teams also inspect the property between stays and did not report these items as broken prior to this reservation. We always aim to provide a comfortable and well-maintained home, and timely communication helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly. We appreciate guests letting us know as soon as something comes up so we can assist.
