There is a MAX 3 parking spots allowed and MAX 10 occupancy - code enforcement will cite anyone that parks on the street or exceeds the parking spots or max occupancy or that violates the noise ordinance as does all of Big Bear Lake. Must sign the Good Neighbor policy before receiving the code pursuant to the law.

Parking: The City of Big Bear Lake limits Parking to a maximum of 3 vehicles for the house. Garage parking is allowed. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood.



All trash must be taken off-site per Big Bear Lake rules that will be emailed to you or it is $25 per bag left behind.



All occupants must be disclosed as Big Bear Lake is strict on occupancy and vehicles you cannot exceed either or it is subject to immediate eviction without refund and $200 per person over occupancy.



No music per Big Bear is allowed on the property line per our permit and City rules. Please do not trespass onto neighbor`s backyard at anytime.



Village distance: 10 minutes away from the home.



Slope distances: Snow Summit is 9 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 9 minutes away from the home.



To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.



If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.



Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our `things to know` and `house rules` sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
