I could not rate this property - read on to find out why.

I can't review this place because we never stayed there. We had a 5 night reservation but was informed a month before our reservation that the first 2 nights had been double booked. We got a refund. A few days before the three nights days we were due to check-in, we saw that it was going to storm the entire time. I contacted Michael through the VRBO website and asked for a refund or credit. He said he would check on it and get back to me the next day. I never heard from him again. After regularly working with Customer Service, we spoke over the phone and came to a fair agreement that he had suggested but I never heard from him again to finalize it. He did not respond to multiple efforts by Customer Service to resolve this issue. So my advice is to find somewhere else...the host is non-responsive and unreliable.
