This bright and inviting 2-bedroom condo in San Diego’s highly sought-after Kensington neighborhood welcomes you with serene décor and a light, airy feel the moment you arrive. With easy, unregulated street parking, coming and going is simple and stress-free.

Head up the exterior staircase to your private balcony with seating, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy yet functional living space featuring a comfortable seating area, smart TV with streaming apps, and a dedicated workspace—ideal for both relaxing and staying connected. The couch also converts into a full-size sleeper for additional guests.

The fully stocked kitchen offers everything you need to cook at home, along with a charming dining area by the window that brings in natural light and neighborhood views.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-size beds, creating a restful space to recharge. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, perfect for winding down after a day exploring San Diego.

Located in one of the city’s most walkable and charming neighborhoods, you’ll be just steps from local cafés, restaurants, and shops, while still enjoying a quiet, residential feel.

Guest access is completely contactless; you will be given a lockbox code 3 days prior to arrival. We are available 24-7 if any issues arise!

If you're looking for idyllic cafes and a charming setting, Kensington is the place for you! Of all the older urban neighborhoods in San Diego, this neighborhood is one of the most desirable to live in, mainly due to its peaceful vibe and close-knit community.



Kensington is located between the neighboring communities of Normal Heights and City Heights in central San Diego and is only a short drive away from Downtown and the San Diego Bay. This central location combined with the small-town community vibe makes this neighborhood a wonderful place to visit.

Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.
