Home is very centric and just minutes away from the best biking trails, hiking trails, and beaches Marquette has to offer. You will get a nice secluded and private setting without being far from town. Home has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy a fully finished basement that includes another family space, kids play area, workout area, laundry room, 1 bedroom, and another sleeping area. Amenities include full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, Wi-fi, TV, study/work from home area, garage and driveway with ample parking, grill, fire pit, and corn hole boards for outdoor entertainment. This property is in an excellent location. You are extremely close to the City of Marquette and all that it has to offer, with the feeling of some privacy being out of town. The location of this home offers multiple hiking and biking trails less than a 5 minute ride or drive away. It's also less than a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches Lake Superior has to offer.
