Fortland’s Point is on the edge of the clear turquoise water of Discovery Bay on one side and beautiful Caribbean Sea on the other with access to 3 beach areas to enjoy swimming and snorkelling on the protected reefs to spot amazing sea life. The décor and quality, colonial style furnishings include teak, cedar, Italian tile and Persian rugs all of which is complemented by the stunning architectural design. The mirrored fitness room includes a universal weight machine and elliptical cycle in a breezy space with a wonderful view of the sea

All bedrooms feature state-of-the-art remote-controlled air conditioners and ceiling fans.

The homeowner requests that guests do not smoke in the bedrooms. Several balconies and other outdoor spaces are available. The villa has electronic security and bedroom safes for passports and valuables

Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddleboards. The club hosts a full-service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.
