The house was beautiful, perfect for our stay. The butler and chef were amazing and exceeded our expectations. Glenn looked after every need and request and added his personal touch which was lovely, always one step ahead of us. Dell created sumptuous meals that were truly Jamaican and we had no need to go further to experience Jamaican cuisine.

Everything was excellent. The villa was beautiful, very well maintained, and exactly as described. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always listening to our needs and wishes. The host was very responsive and organized everything perfectly, from arrival to activities. Overall, it was a seamless, relaxing, and truly outstanding experience.

The on site team were wonderful and the house is beautiful. Several issues did crop occur that wouldn't be expected for a resort of this caliber. Hopefully the owner will address all issues. We had a dedicated cook and included meals. However the quantity of food provided for each meal was barely enough to feed everyone. Often we only had enough because as guest or two skipped a meal. Housekeeping: Main rooms and outside were maintained well. Trash cans were not emptied at all in the bedrooms. Took multiple requests to get replacement toilet paper in the bathrooms. My kids used the master bathroom several times because their bathroom was empty.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Sandpebbles. The property is every bit as good as shown in the listing—it’s like having your own private resort. First, all the villa’s living spaces are very generously sized with indoor seating, the 5 ensuite bedrooms, 3 outdoor patio areas, the pool lounging and sunning areas, and the near-private beach area. Our party of 7-9 people fit very comfortably with more than enough room to spare. Next, the special touches made it stand out- every morning we were greeted with different napkins and table serveware, and we all enjoyed comfortable bedding, towels, and plenty of games and activities at hand. But the true gem of the property were the staff that bring it to life. Kemar, the kind and accommodating driver and grounds keeper for the neighbouring property, Del the fantastic and talented cook, Astley the groundskeeper who made beautiful arrangements out of the greenery and flora from the property, Paris the housekeeper who was cheerful, helpful, and welcoming from our arrival to our departure, and all of whom were led by an amazing head of staff Glen who’s a consummate professional host and we can’t say enough about how he was determined to make our enjoyment his primary objective. During our stay, we took advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards and journeyed around the bay, took serene early morning paddles up the nearby Rio Bueno, Jason helped us arrange Jet Skis for one day, we enjoyed the pool, the beach and sea every day, and spent evenin

Enjoyed Sandpebbles! Loved meeting the Hosts who personally checked on our visit. All the reviews on Dells cooking were perfection making all of our favorite Jamaican dishes. She makes great vegan meals as well! And my family loved her pancakes too. The home is one of the best maintained villas we’ve been in with beautiful local plants and trees. You can see the personal attention to details in the upkeep. We also enjoyed excursions and activities that the hosts helped facilite. Thanks Gizelle and Jason.

We had an amazing time in Jamaica. The cook Ms. Dell was great and she catered to our vegetarian diet. Javier was good at managing the house and Sasha kept the house clean everyday. My 2 cents is to spruce the place with new furnishings, beddings, towels, furniture etc. to make it comparable to the sister property Siesta right next door. Jason was wonderful in organizing tours for our group of ten and Kemar, our driver was amazing. All in all, great place right on the beach with great food. Some TLC would make it perfect.

Beautiful spot!

Loved every moment - beautiful villa, picturesque gardens on a peaceful beach! Loved watching the pelicans perched in the tree on the beach, my husband enjoyed swimming across the calm bay daily. Great food and gracious staff. You will not be disappointed!

A Stay in Paradise!

We had an amazing experience staying at Sandpebbles! The property is beautiful. It was perfect having the pool and the beach for the kids to play all day long. The staff was top notch and very friendly. Chef Dell made delicious food all week and Mr. Jov was super helpful and attentive to anything we needed! The host was very quick to respond and provided a ton of great information for our stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great view

Great Family Vacation

This place was a great private location. The house was awesome with great bedrooms for everyone with their own bathrooms. The outside area was great as well. But what makes this place super awesome was the staff. The chef, butler, maid and groundskeeper were just over the top great. I would go here again any time.

Our experience at Sandpebbles was significantly different from the other guests who have left rave reviews. That said, we absolutely echo other guests' reviews when it comes to the amazing staff and the overall beauty of the house and property. Unfortunately, the positive aspects end there. We booked our trip several months ahead of time with extended family joining us in Jamaica for my mother's 70th birthday. In between our booking and our scheduled stay in December, Hurricane Melissa made landfall in October and devastated parts of Jamaica. Immediately after the storm, I reached out to the host to ask if we needed to cancel or postpone as we did not know the extent of any damage to the property and wanted to be sensitive to everyone’s needs. The host assured us we did not need to cancel or postpone and that the hurricane-related impacts to the property were minor. She assured me that these minor issues would be taken care of well before our stay in late December. However, after I made the final payment and my family had booked their flights, the host informed me days ahead of our stay that power had not been restored to the property. A generator would only be provided from 6pm to 8am daily. We still tried to make the best of it. When we arrived at the property we discovered that there was no WiFi (partially resolved the next day, after several attempts to reach the host) and no hot water, greatly impacting our experience, especially my young kids and elderly mother.

Fabulous stay!

Our overall stay was amazing! Chef Joe, OJ, Dell and the groundskeeper were all amazing and we can’t thank them enough for making our family vacation the best one yet! This was our first time staying in a rental in a different country and the consensus is we would all do it again!

Great location, beautiful home, and amazing staff

Gizelle communicated rapidly with us and her son Jason took care of every need. The staff ( chef, butler, maid, chauffeur) we so helpful, personable, and made sure our stay was perfect. We loved the home and really enjoyed our stay.

Quintessential Jamaican Family Experience!

Beautiful property in a beautiful locale. Our kids (ages 11-20) loved the ocean kayaks, paddleboards and pool! The staff were amazing! Wonderful meals. Totally recommend!!

AMAZING!!!!!

We had the best time! Hats off to the entire crew at Sandpebbles. Javier, Marianne, Dell and Nicholas made our trip unforgettable. Just amazing. Let Dell cook up all of her favorites! We told her what we liked and let her go from there, every meal was amazing. If you’re looking for an excursion, go to the Blue Hole! It was EPIC. We can’t wait to return.

We just had an amazing week at this property and had a great experience. The house, the beach, the staff…it was all amazing. We went to see the Glistening Waters…highly recommend. We rented jet skis which was fun too. Joe made us AMAZING food and Oliver took great care of us.

Christmas in Jamacia

Our family had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Sandpebbles. The owners, Gizelle and Jason were the best!! We had a blast from grocery shopping to outings in Jamacia. The prepared meals, housekeeping and butler service was top notch! We would recommend this vacation for anyone wanting a relaxing, beautiful trip.

Slice of paradise

Incredible villa vacation. The staff and house were both outstanding. Incredible homemade Jamaican meals every day, with a private pool and a beach literally right outside the door. This place had everything one could ask for in a beach vacation. Central location for all activities between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, on a private beach in a gated community. Already looking forward to returning.

My family has owned this house for eight years before we decided to turn it into a Villa....
It's a family run Villa, I am a property Manager, and my son Jason is also a Property Manager, and he does all the Airport Transfers, and any excursions you wish to go on...he has some ,really nice "Off The Beaten Track" adventures to take you on, so you can see our beautiful Island.
Upon arrival, please discuss with Jason ,once he picks you up from the airport, or once your back at the villa, speak with your Butler if you wish to go exploring, when, where and times. The advance notice will greatly be appreciated....
