Amazing location in the heart of beautiful Old Town Scottsdale. You are close to everything in this Condo. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and night life. 10 minute drive to Airport, spring training, hiking, and golfing. Complex has 2 pools for you to relax and lounge by on those hot summer days! Don't want to go out, no problem. Stay in and have a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Just bring your bags and enjoy your stay!

Other things to note:

No loud parties or late night loud activity. Neighbors must be respected at all times.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly.

Absolutely no smoking in unit. $500 fine for any signs of smoking in unit or patio.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 authorizes HOA's and cities to require occupant information including contact data, and vehicle data. An online portal is provided to enable travelers to complete the online form in less than five minutes.

* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking.

(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting and/or using ride-share services.

(b) Bedroom and Bedding Setup. (OPTIONAL)

* Arrival and Departure: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and cleared for occupancy.

* All requests for early arrival and late departure must be requested in advance and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text for updated information on the day of your arrival for early arrival updates, and the day before your departure to get late departure updates.

* Safety & Security Violation Fee: Our arrival protocols and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to our home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected and authorized for occupancy. The host reserves the right to cancel your booking if anyone in your group violates the established Safety and Security protocols by arriving to the property before receiving full authorization to occupy the property.
Quiet Hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with all Arizona statutes, and all city ordinances, rules and regulations regarding short-term vacation rentals. Arizona recently enacted a state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01 which enables cities and HOA's to obtain information about short-term renter's contact data, group composition, and vehicle data.

An online occupancy portal has been established to make the process of providing your group's information easy, and to take very little time.

* The primary renter must be 25 or older. ID verification is required for all renters.

* Renter Data Form completion, including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy is required prior sending out arrival information.

(a) If you are not planning to park any personal vehicle(s) at the property you may check the box (in our online portal) indicating that you will be renting vehicle(s) and/or using ride-share services.

* Facilities Use Safety Notice & Indemnification.
All renters are required to read and digitally sign a one-page Safety Notice designed to ensure that everything possible is done to help people occupying the property to stay safe during their stay. (REQUIRED)

* Arrival and Departure Process: An Initial Arrival Instructions email is sent after completing the online Renter Data Form. To protect the health and safety of all renters, and the field staff, the full arrival instructions including the property access information will only be provided the afternoon of your arrival after the property has been fully inspected and authorized for occupancy.

* Cancelation & Refund Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to the published cancellation and refund policy. All Renters are highly encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance within three days of booking. All Renters who purchase "Cancel for any Reason" (CFAR) insurance coverage within three days of booking will be reimbursed 50% of the CFAR insurance premium cost within one week after the Renter's stay has successfully concluded.

(a) Time Change Policy: All changes to the pre-established standard times for arrival and departure are considered REQUESTS only, until expressly approved by your Host. All arrival and departure time change requests must be requested in advance on your online occupancy portal. Requests for arrival and departure time changes will not be approved until the morning of the arrival and the day before the departure, and may not be possible based on the home's cleaning, maintenance, and occupancy schedules. To receive updates on the likelihood of early arrival and/or late departure you may text your host's Property Services Desk for updated information on the day of your arrival for early-arrival updates, and the day before your departure for late-departure updates.

(b) Health, Safety, & Security Protocols: Our arrival processes and systems are designed to prioritize your health and safety by protecting against arrivals to the home before the property has been fully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and authorized for occupancy. In all instances, anyone arriving to the property before receiving explicit arrival authorization, or overstaying your authorized departure time, will incur a $100 fee for violating your Host's Arrival and Departure House Rules Policy.

Return of Personal Property: Any and all personal property left at the property upon departure may be collected from the property at a pre-arranged day and time, subject to the field staff's schedule and availability to meet at the property. In all cases, if personal property is not able to be picked up at the property, and delivery of personal property is requested, the charge associated with arranging and paying for the return of personal property is $75 service fee, plus the actual costs associated with mail and/or delivery charges.

Quick weekend away

Place was great. Close to restaurants, bars and groceries. Access to pool was great. Kitchen very well set up with everything ou would need.

Old Town Condo

Overall, a very nice condo. Location was a very nice neighborhood and extremely close to everywhere we wanted to go. The Condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with the Property Manager was good. 1st floor was convenient and located right by the pool. Grounds were clean and well kept. Parking was very close and it was covered to keep your car from roasting in the Arizona sun. A few issues we had were...(1) There are no working drapes. There are decorative drapes hanging on each side of the sliding glass door, but none you could close, so you are always on display to everyone walking in and out of the pool. (2) There is supposed to be a role up metal security door that covers the porch. If this had worked, it would have solved the drape issue, but it was lying in a pile on the ground when we arrived. I would assume this will be repaired. (3) There is 1 tv in the living room. Neither bedroom had tv's. We like to lie in bed at night and watch tv, but you were only able to do that if you were in the living room. If you had small kids and wanted to have them in the other bedroom watching something and you out in the living room watching something else, you would not be able to do that. It would be an easy and cheap fix and I would recommend it be done. Again, overall it was a very nice place. Not spectacular, but for the price I thought it was well worth it.
