Absolutely no smoking in unit. $500 fine for any signs of smoking in unit or patio.
All dwelling units, including vacation rentals and short-term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

Very active in the Phoenix youth sports scene. I spend my weeks working and my weekends in basketball gyms.
