Relax and enjoy the resort-style pool, the large hot tub or warm evenings on your large, southern-exposure private balcony after a day of golf, wandering Old Town, shopping the Fashion District, or enjoying one of many restaurants nearby.

The living room features a large, comfy sectional, plus a recliner and armchair making it perfect for watching a game on the big-screen TV or enjoying conversation with friends.

Two bedrooms and two baths allows all some privacy and comfort.

Winter Getaway

Great Stay!

My family and I came into town to see my new grandchild. I stayed a week longer and everything about the place was great. Nice amenities and roomy place for having guests visit. Would highly recommend.

Great location and very comfy

3 night stay for a weekend of relaxation and touring the area. We were able to walk to Old Town easily as well as drive to hike in the morning and check out near by towns. Highly recommend and we will be back! Communication was spot on!

Great condo in a great area

We were in town for a wedding. Would def stay at this condo again and kind of wish we were there longer. Great amenities, clean, and roomy. Had everything we needed! Also, many restaurants nearby! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

A wonderful vacation

The stars above should say it all. Great Location; restaurants across the street; Giant stadium ( Scottsdale ) close; Tempe 8 minute drive… shopping was awesome as well as a few restaurants we tried ( never had a bad meal ) perhaps “ same time next year.”

We had no complaints! The condo was in a good & safe area, easy to access, comfortable, nice outdoor space, and very clean with everything you could need! The hosts were very responsive & nice. We would definitely stay again!

Great place in a great location

This property was the perfect stay for our trip to Scottsdale! The place was clean and beds were comfortable. My friend and I each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and liked that we were so close to everything! We even got a massage across the street which was wonderful! Overall great stay at a great price. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and would come back in a heartbeat.

My daughter was married in Scottsdale. This condo was the perfect location. Close to the wedding venue, restaurants and my daughter’s house. Condo was clean and had a great patio to relax and read when able.

Comfortable and Convenient

This was a very comfortable unit with lots of extra touches and it has a great location. Just about everything is within walking distance. Owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful.

Great stay for pre-wedding getaway!

Three of us stayed at the property for a nice weekend getaway prior to my SIL's upcoming wedding. The property was even nicer than expected. It was stocked with everything we needed and so many nice extras. Communication with the property owners/manager was easy with immediate responses.We were a leisurely walk or a very short Uber ride from Old Towne. An especially nice surprise was how nice and helpful the other residents at the complex were, We enjoyed talking to many of them.I would definitely stay again!

Review of Condo

We really enjoyed the stay, it is walkable to everything you would need. I would say that the owners need to upgrade the couch. It was comfortable but worn. Bathrooms and floors were very clean. The complex was very quiet. Overall very comfy.

We have owned here at the Maya for a dozen years. Recently, we bought a stand-alone home, but have decided to keep our Maya condo for occasional use and short-term rental. The unit is very comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen appliances. You'll find you're comfortably within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the entertainment district.

The Maya is a large complex with a wonderful resort-style pool, hot tub and sauna. There is a fitness center with both cardio and weight-bearing equipment, as well as pool and ping-pong tables. Whether you want to just relax and do nothing, or enjoy one of the many walking, cycling or hiking trails nearby, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay at the Maya.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Easily within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square and restaurants too many to mention (or count). Spring Training and golf galore are all here for your pleasure and distraction. Our housekeeper/on-site property manager is amazing; she truly cares that our guests have a wonderful experience and will meet-and-greet you personally or will walk you through your arrival by phone or text, whichever is your preference. Our standard check-in time is 4pm, and check-out is 10am. We do charge $25 for each three hours early arrival or late check-out and this entire amount is passed on to staff to enable them to bring in extra help to ensure that the unit is properly prepped so that each guest receives the same standard of serve, regardless of short-turnover. Never hesitate to ask for restaurant or shopping suggestions -- we're here to help make your visit pleasant and memorable.
