We have owned here at the Maya for a dozen years. Recently, we bought a stand-alone home, but have decided to keep our Maya condo for occasional use and short-term rental. The unit is very comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen appliances. You'll find you're comfortably within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and the entertainment district.

The Maya is a large complex with a wonderful resort-style pool, hot tub and sauna. There is a fitness center with both cardio and weight-bearing equipment, as well as pool and ping-pong tables. Whether you want to just relax and do nothing, or enjoy one of the many walking, cycling or hiking trails nearby, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay at the Maya.

Easily within walking distance of Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square and restaurants too many to mention (or count). Spring Training and golf galore are all here for your pleasure and distraction. Our housekeeper/on-site property manager is amazing; she truly cares that our guests have a wonderful experience and will meet-and-greet you personally or will walk you through your arrival by phone or text, whichever is your preference. Our standard check-in time is 4pm, and check-out is 10am. We do charge $25 for each three hours early arrival or late check-out and this entire amount is passed on to staff to enable them to bring in extra help to ensure that the unit is properly prepped so that each guest receives the same standard of serve, regardless of short-turnover.
