We stayed for a Girls Getaway long weekend. The house was spacious for all 8 of us. And conveniently located to beach, restaurants & stores. We created lasting memories.

We had a wonderful time at Andrews! The place was exactly as shown and the location was great! So easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Andrew was a great communicator and was very quick to reply with any questions. My friends and I will definitely rent from Andrew again. His Cleaning service (Trish) was especially helpful when we had a minor problem, she came right over solved the problem and actually sat with us and gave us the lay of the land for Sea Isle since we had never been there before! Excellent weekend :)

Perfect Location!

This Sea Isle home was the perfect location. Just blocks away from food, fun, and of course the beach. Andrew was wonderful to work with. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great House with the best location in Sea Isle - you can walk to everything. Beach, Fish Alley, Pickelball, playground and Bars all within a 5 minute walk.

Perfect home for a family vacation

Everything was just as stated and shown in the pictures. Andrew was very flexible with our last minute request, and quickly answered questions. The house is perfect for a family and close to many great restaurants, stores, the beach, or anything you could need. We’ve stayed at several homes in Sea Isle, and this was my family’s favorite. Hope to stay there again next year.

Great stay in Sea Isle

We had a great stay in a great location in Sea Isle. The house was in good condition and was more than big enough for our family of 6. Andrew was very communicative/responsive towards any questions we had before and during the stay. I would definitely return.

Had a great time! Carpets were very stained. Furniture was pretty beat but, we loved our stay!

Great place to get the family together! Location is good, just a longer walk to the beach than I’d prefer. But, good way to get some steps in.

Wedding weekend

My husband and I stayed here our wedding weekend and it was great! Andy was great when it came to communication with questions that I had. Anyone who had to stop by to grab something for the wedding was in awe of the condo. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to gather

I booked this week for a family vacation with my 3 adult children who all live out of state. I had friends down for a couple days each, my son had some friends in and there was plenty of room for all.I was happy to share this beautiful place with them. Walking distance to all the necessities - beach, bars, fish dinners and ice cream!

We had a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! This house is in a perfect location! Andrew was wonderful to deal with as well! I had emailed him during our vacation regarding how loud the A/C was and he responded immediately saying he will have it looked at. Other than the unusually loud A/C, it was a great house! Thank you Andrew!

Weekend Stay

House was great. Perfect location. Lack of cleaning supplies and basic linens ( bath mats, dish towels, shower curtain liner, etc.) no toilet paper, paper towels, mop etc.

Great location and price, with some shortcomings

Location was great, within walking distance to many shops, the bay and beach. House was large, great for 9 of us. The beds were terrible. Among the worst beds I've ever slept on and I tried a few because my back hurt so bad. Also the thermostats were locked to a temperature and it allowed the bedroom on the main floor to get very warm at night. If it wasn't for the price I might have given this 3 stars.

stayed here for a weekend for a wedding and there were spills on the carpet, stains on the walls, stains on the bedding. no toilet paper or towels for us to use. the house was nice but needs to be cleaned and needs basic things for guests to use.

The layout of this house is wonderful and the location is great - only a couple of blocks from the beach, and we easily parked 3 cars in our half of the driveway. A full bathroom on each floor of the house with bedrooms on each floor is perfect for an extended family's stay. If you're staying here, just note there is not a working coffee maker, and when the host says that you need to bring your own bathroom supplies, there isn't a full roll of toilet paper in any of the bathrooms or a roll of paper towels to start with. Also, if you are staying in the winter, I would suggest reminding the host of your arrival date so they can turn on the heat before you get there. When we arrived, the code wasn't set for us, and they turned on the heat when we got ahold of them to let them know we couldn't access the house. The first night was very cold for our family on the first and third floors. The first floor bedroom was also much colder than other areas throughout our stay.
