1998年に建てられ、2013年に改造された、この家庭的で広々とした禁煙のタウンホームデュプレックスユニットに入ると、すぐに自宅にいるように感じるでしょう。 豪華な寝具、上品な家具、天然木のアクセント、花崗岩のカウンター、放射熱のサルティージョタイルの床がお客様をお迎えし、南向きの窓の壁がアーチ型の大きな部屋に光を差し込みます。 フロントポーチとリアバルコニーからビュートの素晴らしい景色が見えます。

メインレベルのオープンキッチン/ダイニング/リビングフロアプランは、家族や友人の思い出に残る集まりに役立ちます。 老いも若きもあなたの子供はロフトを愛します。 メインレベルの南に面した大きなバルコニーデッキからは素晴らしい景色を眺めることができ、日光浴、読書、料理に最適です。 裏庭にアクセスする地上階に大きなデッキがあります。 下位レベルには、バスを共有するクイーンベッドを備えた2つのプライベートベッドルームがあります。 メインの階には2番目のフルバスとソファーベッドがあり、ロフトにはクイーンベッドが2つあり、ハーフバスがあります。 リビングエリアにはデスクと大画面のソニースマートテレビがあり、2つのプライベートベッドルームには小さな画面もあります。

Crested Butte Comfort

Very much enjoyed my stay. The location cannot be beat. We walked to dinner every night to Elk Street locations. The home was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Host was welcoming and responsive!

Awesome location and great place

Really nice hosts and easy check in. Location was great as its right by the mountain bus stop and blocks away from the main street in Crested Butte. Highly recommend :)

Great house close to Town.

We rely enjoyed the week. The house met all of our needs and is close to the Shuttle stop and close to the Main street. It was a pretty cold week, but we were warm and cozy while in the house.

Beautiful home, fantastic location

Quick getaway for 5 adults before the holidays to this beautiful home. There was plenty of room, well appointed and walking distance to downtown. The owners, Laura and Mike, were excellent hosts.Hope to be back in 2025!

Unbeatable location

Very comfortable, clean, home-away-from home! Walking distance to trails, restaurants and shops. Back deck was a plus! Easy parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay! Great location and all the amenities you could ask for!!

Our family loved everything about this house. The owners thought of everything....well stocked! Great location...just blocks away from downtown Crested Butte. Clean, spacious, quiet and cozy. Loved the heated tile flooring. We will definitely stay here when we return to CB.

Great place!

House was great! We had 5 adults and 2 kids and the place was perfect! Really helped having kid toys, pack n play, baby gates, etc. Walking distance to everything and very close to park. Loved it!

Our dog loved it!

This little house was perfect! It had everything we needed, plenty of space for our group and was in the best location! The owners were very easy to work with and were more than happy to accommodate us when we decided to bring our dog last minute! He loved their cool tile floors, their yard and how close we were to the rec path - perfect for early morning walks!

Great for a Girls Weekend

My girlfriends and I loved this charming property, conveniently located on a quiet block, about a 5-minute walk to Elk Ave. Very nice to have 4 queen beds, as well as ample room to spread out and socialize. It made all the difference to be able to leave our car parked (1 spot is provided behind the house)and walk to the many wonderful restaurants and stores downtown.

A wonderful place to stay

We had our family with us and my grandkids didn’t want to leave. They are 6, 6 and 8 and with their my son-in-law they climbed to the top of the Crested Butte mountain. We got to see the 4th of July parade along with the fire department water fun where the kids got sprayed. All in all a tremendous week!

Magical Place

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in Crested Butte. The city and mountains are breathtaking, only a few blocks from the nordic trails, and stars overhead absolutely wowed, right out the front door. Property was so clean, manager and owner very responsive, felt like home. Loved this place so much I just booked it again. Thank you.

3 Day Getaway

The house was perfect for our 3 generation family. The kids loved the loft!! The short 200 yard walk to the park was a really nice surprise. Best park in town right out our door. Laura was amazing to work with and my conversation with her on the phone was very helpful and enjoyable.

The Yellow House is Awesome!

We have stayed here twice, and would not stay anywhere else in Crested Butte! It’s cozy, (gets the afternoon sunshine :), spacious, generously stocked with all kinds of amenities, thoroughly cleaned with fresh linens and lots of towels, and comfortable heated tile flooring throughout the lower bedrooms/bathroom. What a treat! A great location…easily walkable to the quaint downtown area and accessible to cross county skiing area. Highly recommend staying here. The hosts, Laura & Mike, have thought of everything to make this home feel like a “home away from home.”

Perfect

This was such a cozy duplex/townhouse that had enough room for us all comfortably. It’s just a short walk to downtown (which we made daily), and rainbow park is around the corner. We enjoyed absolutely everything about our stay. We brought our hiking backpack for our toddler, but were pleasantly surprised to find one in the condo, along with a stroller. We will defiantly be back!

Amazing Once Again

Great house close to the nordic trails. Excellent property owner and manager. Very clean and well maintained. Very private and quiet. Feels like home, kitchen was well stocked, and everything was perfect. Crested Butte is seriously one of the coolest towns in Colorado. Highly recommend this place to visit this town. Perfect location.

Laura was so very helpful and accommodating during the process of booking and whilst we were staying. The house was well stocked with all the necessities and more. My only complaint is that all the cupboards had stuff in so it was quite cluttered and not as easy to hang clothes up and put things away.. We would have liked proper full baths (but we are English and we LOVE our baths!) and the water seemed to run out at a certain point so they were t great. On the whole a great house and Laura a great host.

Mike is an emergency physician and Laura is a retired physical therapist and health care administrator. They both love the CB outdoors for cycling, hiking, running and skiing. They live in Austin, TX with their two daughters and two dogs.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Mike started coming to CB in 1992 to ski, and enjoyed it so much he kept coming back. When we started looking at real estate, it soon became clear that the place to be was in town (vs. up in Mt CB) close to restaurants, shopping, parks, and summer festivities. Although there's no denying that ski-in, ski-out is convenient in the winter, being in town is more convenient overall. The 10-minute bus ride to the slopes is so short as to be inconsequential. And most people come down into town from Mt. CB to eat at night...so you can choose to ride the bus up in the morning to ski, or choose to ride it down at night to eat out/ shop.

Conveniently located in town, just two blocks from the free shuttle that takes you on the short ride to the ski area, this duplex condo is an easy five to ten minute walk from Elk Avenue restaurants and shopping. It's four blocks from the town park/playscape where outdoor concerts are held.
The Purple Mountain Lodge B&B is right next door if extra beds are needed.
Kid-Friendly: Our kids loved it, and yours will too! It's 1/2 block from a brand new modern playscape with climbing boulder, and 1/2 mile from a BMX park.
