Nestled in a quiet residential setting, walking distance to the warm waters of Nantucket Sound, near shopping and restaurant favorites. Bring the whole family to this beautiful house with lots of room for fun and make lasting vacation memories. Walk to the beach or a short drive to anywhere on the Cape.
Enjoy all that Cape Cod has offer, at this 4 bed, 2.5 bath home in the heart of Yarmouth. Easy walking distance to Windmill Beach (0.4 mi) and Smugglers Beach (0.5 mi).
This beautiful home sits in one of Cape Cod's finest neighborhoods, surrounded by a variety of attractions, including ocean beaches, marina, yacht club, and tennis club.
The property has a security camera on the exterior of the house only, capable of recording video and audio. One security camera is on the front porch which is above the front door and one is on the back deck area. These devices are visible to guests.

Fabulous, Quiet setting
We were there for an intimate family get together. The house provided plenty of space for comfortable seating and conversation.
Living room, kitchen and outdoor space provided enough room for 8 of us to comfortably enjoy each other.

Wonderful week in South Yarmouth
Our group spent a fun-filled yet relaxing week in Georgia's lovely vacation rental. This being our 9th summer trip to the Cape we have a fair amount of experience with rentals and this home jumped to the top of our list! Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped, and very nicely furnished, this feels like a home not a rental. Central A/C was a huge bonus as it was quite steamy the week we stayed. Plenty of space for our group, comfortable beds. Loved walking to Smuggler's Beach almost daily. Convenient location near Shaw's and Dunkin's. Host was so friendly and quick to reply to communication. Already planning a return trip next July!
