This beautiful and spacious 1920’s home is centrally located in Lawrence, Kansas and is walking distance to the KU campus and 1 block from downtown Lawrence. The home overlooks the famous South Park and has breathtaking park views of its stunning trees and gardens. This home was fully renovated in 2023 with attention to detail throughout the home to keep that 1920’s charm. Please come stay and enjoy all that Lawrence has to offer! Our family truly loves this home, and we hope you do as well.

Great property in great location

Had an awesome stay at this property. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Location is awesome as well. Easy to get to and close to Mass street with lots of great places to shop and eat. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Cleanest home I've stayed in to date! Water pressure was amazing! The distance to the local shops and restaurants was perfect for our stay. Having a daily walk through the park was calming and safe. The amenities in the house and having a fully stocked home with ALL the housewares, is the best I've seen from any VRBOs. It was wonderful and when we return, we will definitely be staying here again, if it is available...

Beautiful home in a great spot!

Loved staying at this property! It's close to downtown for shopping and dining! Easy in and out to get to other areas of town, too. The owners of the property were super communicative, which is always nice. The home is beautiful and suited our needs perfectly!

Fabulous home in the perfect location. Everything was absolutely as advertised and even better experience. If I could leave a higher than 5-star rating, I would. Hope to return for our next family visit to Lawrence.

Great Location

The house was exactly how it looks and is described! The location was wonderful, easy walk to Mass St. for food, shopping and ice cream. The hosts were super quick to respond to any question I had. We will definitely stay again for any trip we have to Lawerence!

Wonderful home base in Lawrence

We stayed as a group of friends visiting Lawrence for our high school reunion. This home was a great place for us to relax and catch up, centrally located to everything that we wanted to do. It was great to be able to walk directly downtown to eat or shop, and driving elsewhere in town was super simple, too. A very comfortable and relaxing stay!

Adorable property!

The house is darling! Looks just as advertised. Very clean and well stocked and a great central location. We had 8 1988 KU grads stay together and we had the best time. Thank you, Kari and Scott! Rock Chalk!

Great Lawrence Property

The house could not be better. Location is great - very close to downtown, close to campus. All walkable. House was very well appointed and very clean. Owners thought of everything. Not a single complaint or recommended change.
