Sit back, take in a movie on the 75-inch smart TV or any of the other 3 smart TV's in each of the bedrooms or you may wish to enjoy a freshly made salad from the vegetable garden right off your dreamy deck. Absolutely loved the gardens and the porch! Proximity to downtown Lawrence and KU campus was perfect. Loved walking to Cleo and Leo's down the streets for coffee. Will miss hearing the train now that we've gone home!

The host was very welcoming…We just really didn’t get to spend much time at the house. With family near by, we slept there at night, but spent the days away from the house. It was comfortable, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Too bad it was so cold I think the porch swing would have been a big hit!

First morning wasn’t too cold, for coffee on the patio…

Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. We actually liked the rumble of the trains after the horns. Home is great with everything anyone could need. Great courtyard that I imagine in the spring is bloomed and beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. If trains bother you don’t stay here but if you know Lawrence you know this is a great place!

Wonderful place to stay. They have a bakery a minute walk away. Very charming. Loved having my coffee and pastry on the porch watching the hummingbirds. Will stay again if we get a chance.
