Discover our 3-BDRM gem situated in North Lawrence. This newly embellished home features 2 king beds, 2 full bed, pullout chair. 2 full bthrms with a bearclaw bathtub and a shower. It is located within walking distance to trails, bars, restaurants, downtown and a 5 min drive to KU.
Sit back, take in a movie on the 75-inch smart TV or any of the other 3 smart TV's in each of the bedrooms or you may wish to enjoy a freshly made salad from the vegetable garden right off your dreamy deck. Enjoy the privacy of the gardens and pond while having a cup of Joe, tea or a glass of wine while you swing on the outdoor oversized swing bed.
After a full day you will for sure be able to unwind in one of the 3 relaxing so you can recharge for your next adventure tomorrow.

The host was very welcoming…We just really didn’t get to spend much time at the house. With family near by, we slept there at night, but spent the days away from the house. It was comfortable, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Too bad it was so cold I think the porch swing would have been a big hit!

First morning wasn’t too cold, for coffee on the patio…

Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. We actually liked the rumble of the trains after the horns. Home is great with everything anyone could need. Great courtyard that I imagine in the spring is bloomed and beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. If trains bother you don’t stay here but if you know Lawrence you know this is a great place!

Beautiful historic house. Great proximity to campus and downtown Lawrence. Train is loud, but otherwise perfect STR!
