New Listing!! Peaceful Pearl has amazing water views from almost every window. Watch the dolphins jump while you relax on our oversized deck. We also have beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset and direct Beach access. There is plenty of room for all to enjoy (king, 2 queens, 1 twin). Book this spacious spot now and kick off a memorable vacation for the whole family!
The space
Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and laundry on the lower level. Kitchen, dining, living room and 1/2 bath is on the upper level. Each level has an oversized deck. Home also has 4 smart TVs, newly updated granite countertops tops, brand new en suite 1/2 bath and new flooring on lower level.

Ultimate Beach House

This house is the ultimate beach house for a family getaway. The pictures are exactly what your eyes will be enjoying during your stay. My family enjoyed being steps away from the private beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again.

This was a perfect vacation getaway for our family of 4. We were warmly welcomed in-person by the property manager who shared important safety information as well as some tips to make our stay even better! The house was beautiful with plenty of room. We could hear the waves even with the windows closed and the beach was our back yard. We had amazing views from the top deck including a few dolphin sightings. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet family vacation.

Location, Location, Location!

The location on the beach at North Topsail is perfect! So convenient to be a few steps from the surf. The beach is clean and quiet, and the Peaceful Pearl affords beautiful views from both decks (very nice to have one shaded and the other sunny). Being a quick walk from the Market and Tiki Bar was a bonus, and the Pirate Bar is walkable as well. The beds were comfy, the towels thick, the kitchen well supplied and the layout works well. The kitchen floor is a bit slippery as it's impossible to keep the sand out. Sara and Samantha were both super as host and property manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect house for my family of 7 (5 adults and a baby). Plenty of room so we didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen was stocked with the essential cookware plus more. Some beach toys available as well as chairs to bring out to the beach. Direct beach access and not crowded. The Market and Tiki Bar down the road were great. Super friendly workers. We enjoyed Mr A’s Beignets food truck which was parked at the Market and Tiki Bar in the mornings. Just under a mile down the road is a wonderful coffee shop (Coffee Joy) in a condo community. I recommend the Iced Coconut Mocha. A short drive into Surf City is where we rented kayaks and an ebike at Topsail Surf and Cycle (they deliver). Absolutely recommend!Overall perfect family vacation and so grateful to our hosts for having such a lovely home in a wonderful place.

We could not have asked for more. The view everyday by the ocean was amazing. The functionality and beauty of the home was perfect. We actually found that we were over prepared because we weren’t expecting to be as close to the ocean as we were. (High tide washes under the decks!) My family and I had an amazing time with such a great host and place to stay.
