Neah-Kah-Nie MCA#50060 - NOW PET FRIENDLY -1 dog limit. Ocean Front, dog friendly, 2-story condo home with beautiful views of the ocean and Neah Kah Nie mountain. Situated just across the street from beach access, this vacation home is a beach lover's paradise. Imagine waking up to the soothing sound of crashing waves and enjoying your morning coffee on the glassed-in deck while witnessing the breathtaking sunrise over the horizon. (This home is for sale-If your stay is over 5 days you may be asked to allow a showing for a compensation of $50 refund for a 30 minute showing).

Amazing location of the property being directly across from the beach. Easy quick walk into town to get coffee and meal options. Loved the deck area to enjoy the afternoon sun and sunset with a glass of wine. Appreciated that they were dog friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many rentals in Manzanita over the years. This was by far our favorite. First of all, the location cannot be beat! The house was very clean and the furniture was in good condition, especially for a rental. The large windows allowed us to enjoy the view even when inside and preparing meals. We enjoyed the deck so much and the clear panels were so nice. They sheltered the wind and did not obstruct the view. We absolutely loved our stay!

This is a very roomy ocean front home with beautiful ocean views from the picture windows. It would be very appropriate for a family with small children because there is a children's bedroom downstairs along with two other bedrooms upstairs. The two bathrooms are spacious and fully equipped with shampoo, conditioner, etc. The kitchen has every item you may need to make your meals if you choose to eat at home. We had a wonderful time and spent many happy times on the beach walking the dog and admiring the views. We hope to return soon.

Great ocean view, easy access to the beach. Place is clean. Good amenities. We pretty much had everything we needed and everything was in working order. Beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. There are a lot of stairs to get up so not for people with any kind of mobility issues. We could’ve used some more blankets sometimes on the beds, but otherwise everything was great.

Strange experience with property management

Was lovely showing up to unit…. After getting inside we realized we shared a wall with the owner of the unit……. The stairs to two upstairs units (one owner occupied) comes right up the front so it is not private at all. There is also another house right next door that was celebrating while we were there that kept our kids awake every night… part of summer vacation I guess. The only other strange interaction was at first the owner talked to us about sand in the unit seemed great. Then th

It just can't be beat. You start your day watching the ocean waves and all the activity on the beach and end the say watching spectacular sunsets. The beach is a simple walk across the street and through the dunes. The house is just perfect for our family needs. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the utility room is well stocked with lots of extras. Can't wait to come back.
