This newly built home (completed October 2021) has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and is gorgeous inside and out. It is located on a quiet, dead-end street just a half block to the beach (a quick three-minute walk). Manzanita Links Golf Course is just blocks to the North and Nehalem Bay State Park is blocks to the South. Just a 10-minute stroll down the beach or on the walking/bike path and you are in town with access to the shops and restaurants of Manzanita.

Ohana gives you a feeling of comfort and serenity with its high ceilings, an open floor plan, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with all new appliances. The sliding door to the back patio creates a light-filled main floor and opens to a private and fully fenced back yard with a gas BBQ, a counter-height firepit table with seating for six and additional outdoor seating adds to the spacious feel and flow of this home.
The main floor primary bedroom and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower make single-level living easy. On the main floor you will also find the utility room with a new washer/dryer. The other bedrooms are located upstairs. With a sofa bed in the living room, the home can comfortably accommodate seven guests. Two smart TVs, a DVD player, a DVD library, and WiFi provide plenty of entertainment options. For those working remotely during vacation, a variable height sit/stand desk is available upstairs.

The house is perfect for entertaining. Pull up a chair at the kitchen island while the cook of the group is preparing a meal - others can enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing in front of the fireplace. Or gather around the large dining room table playing cards or board games with your friends or family. The outdoor space is as beautiful as indoors. Enjoy the stars above while the gas fire pit table keeps you warm on those chilly coastal nights.

A ping-pong table in the garage is set up and ready for competition. A motion detector security light with camera helps illuminate the driveway for your arrival and keep you safe (that is only camera device on property). There is also a dog washing station for your sand and water-loving pup. Pups can also enjoy a fully fenced back yard. Bring your friends, family, and your dog with you and create lasting beach memories here at Ohana.

Parking notes: Please park in the driveway of the home and do not block access to the garbage cans.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
