We were enjoyed a peaceful stay at the VILLA. Russell did a great job of communicating. The place was clean! The neighborhood is quiet and just a block or two from the Frank Phillips Mansion which we toured and recommend if you like old homes.

Neat and clean roomy well equipped studio in a nice location. It all looks new and they did a nice job Hosts seemed very nice. Would definitely recommend. There is a long staircase if that is an issue for anyone but it does get you up to a decent view. We loved it. Thanks

This was by far the best experience we had in staying in a VRBO. Communication in terms of scheduling our stay, as well as checking with us midweek was perfect. The home was warm, cozy, spacious, clean and well stocked. Location to downtown restaurants and bars were so convenient. The walkability to downtown was excellent. Russ was the best host and we look forward to our return.
Pet friendly 💕🐾 This was Gracie’s first big trip and she was happy and peaceful in this cozy space. Perfect neighborhood for walks.

I still live and work in the community I love, and hosting this space is just one small way I get to share it with others. I created this little getaway with travelers in mind—something clean, cozy, and thoughtfully done, the kind of place *I* would want to stay in when I’m on the road. Whether you're passing through for work, visiting family, or just looking for a peaceful retreat, I hope you'll feel right at home here. And if the weather’s nice and you're up for it, swing by the porch—I'd love to share a glass of wine and get to know you.

From the moment I first saw this house, I knew it was something special. This 1920s bungalow had so much charm and character—I fell in love instantly. It’s been completely restored, and I feel lucky every day to call it home. I’ve always admired Cherokee Avenue and the beautiful, historic mansions that line the street. There’s something magical about living among these grand homes, many of which were built by the powerful oil men of the early 20th century who helped shape this town.

Each morning, I get to look out my windows at those incredible homes and feel connected to Bartlesville’s rich past. When we decided to build the garage apartment in 2024, we were intentional about making sure it felt like it belonged here—not just in design, but in spirit. We wanted it to complement the neighborhood’s history while offering a comfortable, welcoming space for guests.

This isn’t just a house or a street—it’s a little piece of Oklahoma history, and I’m grateful to share a part of it with others.

This Airbnb is a brand new build, completed in late 2024 as an extension of our home in this historic downtown area. We tried to thoughtfully choose furniture, linens, appliances, and decor that would help guests feel like they are in a clean, modern, cozy and stylish space.

We have tried to supply it with things that will make your stay comfortable. The kitchenette area has a microwave which is also a convection oven and an air fryer. Although we don’t have an oven, we do provide an electric hot plate, and some pots and pans. Even though it is a garage apartment, we chose the garage opener to be as quiet as possible. We also had our builder place insulation between the garage and the apartment to help keep the noise down. Admittedly though, it is still a garage and you may hear a little noise from time to time. But when we have guests, we try to use it only at reasonable times of the day.I still think it is better than the noise from a hotel.
