Newly Renovated Canal home in Jolly Roger Estates. Large corner lot with room for boat trailer parking. End canal location with room for a 25" boat. Public boat ramp nearby.
Spacious kitchen with granite countertops and fully stocked with everything you will need and more. 2nd floor is entirely Master bedroom(king) and bath. Bottom floor has additional 2 bedrooms(both queen)and bath .Large sectional sofa and cozy dining room. Smart Tv's in all bedrooms. Direct TV in Living room. Free WiFi throughout.
Ground floor gear storage with bait freezer and mini fridge for drinks. Double man kayak as well as a single kayak. Palm tree shaded yard area with Tiki hut and hammock. Gas grill and 2 patio tables & chairs. Large fish cleaning table with hose as well as fresh water hose at dock. Boat lift to remain lowered due to liability. 28 day minimum stay as per Monroe County Ordinance. Feel free to contact with any questions.
