We had a wonderful fall weekend on the beach! The house was perfect and had everything we needed! The beds were sooooo cozy and comfortable! Location was amazing! We loved the view of the lake from the deck and living room, so peaceful!We enjoyed the easy drive into Pentwater and Ludington for shopping and our meals! The Antler (dinner), Gull Landing (breakfast-try the Gullrito!), The Village Pub (drinks by the lake) and Brown Bear (dinner) all had great varied menus! Have great places to eat and shop close by in a cute town made the location even better. Thank you for sharing your home!

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay! The house was clean and full of needed essentials. The location was great with a short walk to a beautiful Lake Michigan beach. Our kids loved spending the days playing in the sand and our dog enjoyed walks on the beach. We saw gorgeous sunsets every night and the outdoor fire pit was great for s’more making. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful, peaceful weekend on Lake Michigan. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Summer family vacation

What a great place to stay! We loved the easy access to the beach, the great big deck, and central location to Silver lake and Pentwater. Also loved the comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and updated bathrooms.

Lovely weekend in quiet cottage

My parents, sister, and I loved the time we spent at this cottage. I brought my two 55lbs dogs as well, and it was plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors were friendly, and close access to the beach. We went down to the beach (taking the Cedar Point County Park stairs!) to see a beautiful sunset every evening. It’s also centrally located between Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Pentwater, and it’s not too far from Ludington! Would definitely rent again!

Quiet and pretty

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to Lake Michigan beach. Central to towns of Pentwater, Hart, and Mears for shopping, antiques and restaurants. Home has wonderful indoor and outdoor space with nice beds, roomy living space and 2 full baths which is always helpful.

Lovely cottage, great location

The cottage was very clean and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect - very short walk to beautiful beaches, quiet and friendly neighborhood, perfect for a family vacation. Only "issue" was that the wifi was spotty throughout the week, which really was just a minor inconvenience.

Nice Lake Michigan cottage

We enjoyed our stay. Supplied all paper products which is a plus and the ice maker is a plus too!! Great location . We love Lake Michigan.Love watching the sunsets. Seen deer a few days too! Beds were comfy.

Family Getaway

The best thing we liked about the property was the proximity to Lake Michigan! (The steps down to the beach were across the street and down one house.) And it was a great location for everything we wanted to do in the area. We did a dune tour in Silver Lake, the shops in Pentwater, walked out to Big Sable and Little Sable lighthouses, and enjoyed the beaches. We had a great time!

What a wonderful place to enjoy relaxation! The association stairs were a bit much for grandparents but a short walk to the county park stairs was well worth it, much less steep! The beach was amazing and spent a lot of time in the water! The neighborhood is very quiet, little ones could play safely outside. The deck had plenty of seating and a perfect place to eat.House had everything we needed! It was HOT a couple of days so the room air conditioning got a work out but ceiling fans helped! I did take extra fans and glad I did to keep the upstairs cooler. (There were 3 fans there). Owner very easy to communicate with. Hart, Pentwater and Silver Lake all within a short drive! Highly recommend Golden Sand Bucket bar for outside seating, games and wonderful pizza!Perfect summer family vacation spot

Good Times!

We had a wonderful getaway at Cedar Point Too. The cottage was clean and well stocked. The area was quiet and peaceful. The stairs to the beach were just a few steps away, and the clean, sandy beach was deserted. It felt like we had our own private beach. Sunsets were amazing. We were in search of peace and quiet, and we found it here.

Great location for Lake Michigan beach access!

The cottage was clean and it is accurately reflected in the pictures. It does have a small view of Lake Michigan which we enjoyed looking at with our morning coffee!!! It’s just a short walk to access the stairs to the beach. The best part was sitting on the beach and watching the sunset with our dogs. Also, conveniently located to Silver Lake Dunes and lighthouse. The host gave very detailed instructions and responded quickly. Plan to return!!!

Quick communication/responses from owner. The cottage had everything we needed plus extra supplies which is always appreciated as we have rented many places that were not as accommodating and had to run to a store to get various supplies. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 dog. Thankful for owners who are large breed dog friendly so our dog could be part of the family activities. Location was an easy ride to Silver Lake and Pentwater. Thank you Carol, our family created good memories at Cedar Point Cottage Too!
