This beautifully designed 1,400 sq. ft. ground-floor oceanfront condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the heart of downtown Oceanside, just steps from the sand along The Strand. Built in 2016, the home blends modern luxury with coastal living, featuring a spacious open-concept layout with a comfortable living and dining area connected to a large chef's kitchen. The primary suite includes a king bed with luxury linens, a private full bathroom, and direct access to the oceanfront patio, while the second en-suite bedroom features a queen bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the home to comfortably accommodate additional guests. Both the living room and primary bedroom open to a private patio with stunning whitewater views—perfect for enjoying sunsets and the sound of the waves. Additional highlights include air conditioning, an extra half bath, and secure parking for two vehicles. Located within walking distance to the Oceanside Pier, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, this property offers the ultimate Southern California beach experience.

Great Location and Communication

The location is nice with ocean views. There was a road right outside the door. Many restaurants etc within walking distance. Great communication with staff. They were so responsive. The cleaning staff left a bunch of laundry in the laundry room which seemed odd. Also the curtains were very dirty on the bottom. Maybe the tide was high at some point. I would stay here again especially if curtains were replaced or blinds installed.

Great experience, however I wish I would have done a little more research regarding the area and the amount of traffic/people on "The Strand" The pull-out sofa was also broken and my guest was unable to sleep on it. I had to go purchase an air mattress for her to sleep on which was miserable.

Great home on the strand

This condo right on the strand was a great home for our recent getaway. There were a total of 4 adults and two babies, and it was plenty spacious. The home was clean, and well maintained. The outdoor patio is a decent size and it's great place to enjoy a drink or meal. The table has a built in fire pit so we enjoyed hanging out listening to the waves at night around the fire. The patio gate opens up right onto the strand. There's definitely a lot of cars driving by as well as foot traffic but it doesn't feel too open and it didn't feel like it lacked privacy. On the other side of the road is the ocean and it was amazing seeing and hearing the waves from inside the house. Covered parking spots for two cars was a big plus. And the fact the parking spots were right in front of the unit was also a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic Thanksgiving at the beach

The condo was fantastic. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds and soft towels. Each bathroom had a kit with soaps, shampoo, etc. The kitchen had a kit with a new sponge, dish soap and pods for the dishwasher and clothes washer. It was also fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and baking equipment. Casago also provided recyclable baking pans for our Thanksgiving dinner and tin foil for leftovers. They even left a delicious apple pie in the fridge as a gift. We loved opening the wall of doors to the patio during the day and sitting at the fire table at night. The thermostat was easy to use and Casago posted a QR code next to it with all needed instructions. The condo was a perfect size for six adults. We appreciated the full size dining table and huge sectional sofa that accommodated all of us comfortably. We also appreciated that Casago checked in every day and made sure we had their 24 hour emergency phone number. We didn't need to use it but I was glad it was there. It was a wonderful four days and we're already starting to plan for next year.
