Beachfront Retreat - 1025 S Pacific St. Unit A

Feel the ocean at your feet in this spectacular front-row OCEANFRONT vacation rental. Perched on the third level, Beachfront Retreat A offers breathtaking 180-degree views of the Pacific with no one above you—just endless sky and sea. Step onto your expansive 30-foot private balcony and take in the sights and sounds of the surf, sea life, and surfers gliding across the waves.

Inside, the living room features a wall of windows that brings the ocean in. Relax on the loveseat or queen-size sleeper sofa while the waves provide the perfect backdrop. The modern kitchen is outfitted with Frigidaire appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry, ideal for preparing beachside meals. The ocean-view dining area seats six comfortably, with two additional stools at the kitchen bar.

The primary bedroom offers balcony access, ocean views, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes walk-in closet, a linen closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This exclusive 3-story oceanfront building features a large shared sandy yard—perfect for lounging or beach play—and is located in desirable South Oceanside. You're just minutes from downtown Oceanside, the iconic pier, Carlsbad, and the Oceanside Harbor.

Absolutely loved this property! Amazing view. Comfortable King bed. Huge walkin shower, there’s even a view of the ocean inside the shower! Short walk down to the beach at low tide. Close to the Strand. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Awesome stay. Exactly as expected. The sound of the Waves and the Sunsets were incredible. We spent most of our time setting out on the Deck looking out across the vast Ocean. Eating, drinking and just relaxing. Great stay.

We had an excellent day. The view of the ocean and the beach was amazing. The location was perfect. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only issue was that the dryer was not working and we had three loads that we had to take to a laundromat to dry. It should also be noted that the property does not have air conditioning which was not clear from the listing. Overall it was a great value as the location was amazing and it was right on the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oceanside at this beautiful oceanfront condo! Great location and nicely furnished. The only "problem" I had was the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was so loud the first night I had to close the windows and curtains but it was a full moon! Would definitely stay here again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well maintained and super clean. Outside deck was large and pictures don't do it justice. Bring binoculars for wild life viewing. Saw grey whales, dolphins, seals, pelicans and other seabirds. The sounds of the waves makes this very private. We couldn't hear the people below us. Common beach area was nice to use as well. No problems during our 3 day stay and will rent again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was private and fairly quiet, but there was construction nearby so we could hear drills and hammers and saws all day. The unit itself was well maintained and comfortable. We did have to go buy coffee filters and laundry soap. It’s hard to beat the view!

If you love the ocean, you'll love this place. Literally 20 feet from the crashing waves. Place was clean and oven worked well. Refrigerator and freezer perfect for our needs. Covered balcony allowed for sitting out in all weather. Master bedroom/bathroom were nice with a huge shower. Probably need to put a new, firmer mattress in there but other than that all was near perfect.

The condo was beautiful, and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing few days by the beach. The condo is on the beach and we enjoyed the balcony thoroughly, morning coffee watching the surfers, and sunsets in the evening. Entry instructions were easy to follow and having a garage was a plus. We would definitely reserve again.
