Modern 2BR Executive Apartment with Parking – Guadalajara
This modern two-bedroom, two-bath executive apartment at Residencial Pablo Valdez is designed for travelers who want comfort, privacy, and a real local feel in Guadalajara.
With air-conditioning, fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine, it works just as well for a short city break as it does for a longer stay or remote work. After a day exploring the historic center, you can relax on the balcony, stream a movie.
The apartment also has a small minibar cabinet with a rotating selection of wines and local tequilas so you can sample some of the region’s flavors during your stay. (Availability may vary by stay.)
The building has a calm, residential vibe rather than a noisy party atmosphere, and having your own private parking space makes arrivals and late-night returns much easier—especially if you’re renting a car. Whether you’re visiting from elsewhere in Mexico, Latin America, or Europe, this is a simple, comfortable base that feels more like a home than a hotel.

I’m Rodrigo, and I split my time between Mexico and the United States. I work remotely and travel a lot, so I designed this place the way I like to live when I’m on the road: fast Wi-Fi, a good bed, a real shower with hot water, and a calm space to come back to after the chaos of the city.
I host guests from all over Latin America, Europe, and the U.S., and I know most people want the same things: a clean, honest place that matches the photos, clear communication, and no drama. That’s exactly how I run it.
I respect your privacy, but I’m always a message away if you need help with directions, restaurant tips, or just a bit of Spanish/English translation. Mi casa es tu casa—as long as you treat it and the neighbors with the same respect you’d expect at your own home.

I chose this neighborhood because it feels like real life, not a tourist bubble. You step outside and you’re surrounded by local families, small shops, taco stands, cafés, and everyday Mexican life. Prices are local, not “tourist pricing,” and you’ll hear Spanish on the street instead of only English.
At the same time, you’re a short ride from the main historic areas, plazas, museums, and nightlife, so it’s easy to explore the city and then come back to a quieter, more residential area to sleep.
What I enjoy most is the balance: it’s safe and lived-in, with everything you need close by, but you’re not stuck in a noisy party zone. It’s a good base for guests who want to see the city the way locals do, whether you’re here for a quick break, remote work, or a longer stay.
この宿泊施設の特徴
A lot of places are either bare-bones crash pads or over-decorated apartments that look nice in photos but are a hassle to actually live in. I aimed for something different: a practical, comfortable space that works for real life, not just one night.
The property has strong Wi-Fi for work calls, a comfortable bed, a proper hot shower, and a kitchen set up so you can actually cook, not just reheat takeout. It’s easy to keep clean and organized, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple of days.
The building itself is small and generally quiet, with a more local feel than a big tourist complex. That means fewer random parties and more of a “home base” vibe. Whether you’re coming from elsewhere in Latin America or flying in from Europe, this is meant to be a simple, honest place where you can relax, recharge, and feel like you have your own corner of the city.
