This 500 SqFt/46 SqM private studio space is accessible from the tree-lined front "street", one of San Francisco's unique stairways, as well as the rear alley beyond the garden with a dedicated entrance. It is part of a super quiet, mid-block 2-unit building where the owner lives in the two floors above. The garden space is shared and maintained by the owner.
It is 5 minutes walk to the Grace Cathedral and the storied former mansions of the Nob Hill robber barons and Huntington Park. You are 10 minutes to Chinatown and North Beach (the Italian quarters), and 15 to the Financial District as well as Union Square shopping district.
