The apartment was in a great location. Close to Golden Gate Park and close to excellent public transportation. Ground level; no stairs. I would stay there again.

I was lost and could not find the unit. The host does not answer messages in a timely manner. If a person is simply looking for a bed, then this place is fine. It is spartan. No chairs or couches to sit on. A bed, a table and 4 chairs in the kitchenette, and a small 2 seater outdoor settee. Also no coffee or tea is provided.

Very loud! Neighbors shouting while playing video games.Very cold. Worst of all is that there is a VERY STRONG ODOR OF MOLD.

I had a wonderful stay at Judy's place. It was clean, comfortable and had all I needed. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, full fridge with freezer, and plenty of utensils.The bed was firm and there are a good amount of blankets as well as two plug in heaters.The walls are thin but that's typical in rentals in the area and it didn't bother me at all.There's a corner store a half block away, a Safeway (supermarket) just a few blocks away. Golden Gate Park is within walking distance as are several bus lines. I grew up in this neighborhood (Richmond District) it's one of the best in SF, very safe. As a female solo traveler I felt safe in Judy's place as well. I will be back!

Over all the stay was positive for the price. The neighborhood was safe, we had front parking the whole time we were there which was a plus and it had all the basics. There is a small market/liquor store in walking distance. The unit is small, walls thin, and bed could use an upgraded mattress but there were no major complaints unless you are expecting luxury, it is not. The host communicated well (although I did have to request info). It worked for us because we spent most of the day out and about.
