Beautiful cabin nested in the forest, and close to all tourist attractions. The cabin is part of the property where owner lives, however you’ll have total privacy, your private entrance and your own parking spot.
The space
Outdoor dining table and BBQ grill available upon request.
Guest access
Feel free to explore the 1.9 acre yard. You can use the BBQ grill and outdoor table upon request.
Other things to note
We provide basic toiletries, unlimited coffee/tea, 4 packs of instant oatmeal, 1 frozen orange juice, 1 loaf of bread, butter/jam, as well as basic condiments.

Below average

Upon checkin we found ourselves having to open and close a rather inconvenient gate, which has to be closed and opened each time you leave. Access to the property is not the greatest. Once we got insise and settled down we found the property at 80+ degrees in the middle of summer only to find out there was not an air conditioning unit. Later that evening when we were getting ready for bed iI happened to find dried crusted tissues between the bed and the wall. If the sheets were changed and cleaned these would have been found and thrown away. Lastly the property listing says pet friendly which we found out not to be. The host expected me to take the dog everywhere we went on vacation. There is zero privacy at this property. Once you step outside your on multiple cameras and the host watches you from time to time out the windows.

Great landing pad for sight seeing

Patricia was a lovely and welcoming host and her place was the perfect landing pad after a long day of exploring. The space was very clean and comfortable, and she went above and beyond to ensure my dog and I had a great stay. All the little touches from the snacks to the personalized note were just so special. And the mattress and pillows were the cherry on top. Very comfortable! I would absolutely recommend Patricia's place to anyone. Its proximity to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, etc. made it the perfect spot for a long weekend of adventures. Looking forward to the next time i'm in the area! Thank you!!

Great and cozy

I loved it, perfect vacation home for the family. It is such a cozy cabin plenty of room for 3 ppl . Super clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The property owner was very helpful and respond to my questions quick. I would definitely stay there again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
